The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, bright, extremely clean. There were so many things available to the guests like the Lending Locker, grocery room, good coffee with the liquid creamers in morning; not the cheap powder creamer. The room was huge and exceeded our expectations. The bathroom was large, good water pressure. I was so surprised to see dishes, utensils, cookery and a full size fridge, plus stove top in the mini kitchen. The weight room was just what I needed, good equipment, free weights, benches and mats available. The pool room was nice and also the laundry room! The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Nearby there is every store you could think of if you want to shop. I would consider returning for a quick getaway.

I didn’t notice a jacuzzi. The room smelled a little stuffy/stale upon entry, the A/C wasn’t on and there was heat wave that day. Once the A/C got going I didn’t notice it anymore.

This hotel is really nice and clean! The beds were comfy and they have super nice kitchens in the room! There was a full fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, stove top, pots and pans, and even a dishwasher! The rooms are very spacious! We had 2 connecting queens and it was perfect for our family! The shower had great water pressure too! I didn't get to use the gym this time, but it looked really nice. The pool was a blast and perfect for little kids as it went from 3 feet to 4 1/2 ft. Smaller than some we have seen in hotels, but we didn't mind as it was good for keeping a closer eye on littles. Definitely recommend!!

Be aware that they do no have a complementary breakfast. I didn't realize this until our last stop before arriving so we ended up picking up a couple of quick and easy items, but I wish I had realized before. It does clearly state they don't offer breakfast, but I somehow missed it with trying to line up all of our hotels for a cross country trip. No fault of theirs since it is clear they don't offer breakfast, so I'm not taking any stars off for it, but just wanted to mention it for prospective guests, just so they are aware beforehand and plan accordingly.

gym and laundry facilities were nice. bathroom and kitchenette were clean

the location isn't super close to somewhere to get supplies after hours, and Grand island doesn't have Uber or taxis after certain hours which makes getting to the hotel difficult when there is no shuttle provided. Better hope you didn't arrive to late or get delayed.

We liked that there was a room that let all five of us stay together. The lobby was nice and the pool was good for a quick swim for one of our kids to burn off energy.

We checked in at 7 pm and our room wasn't ready. They told us it had been a busy day the previous day, but check in is normally at 4 and we were there well after that. The bedding and towels had random hairs on them which was off-putting. The parking lot was small for the size of the hotel also.

They were able to change my room to a suite for an up-charge.

The beds were very comfortable. However, the couch, recliner, and chairs were unbelievably uncomfortable to sit in. So my suggestion is to maybe test them out before purchasing for the entire hotel. I can't be the only one complaining about this.

Easy reservation and check in, very clean room, staff was all very friendly.

There is no breakfast offered at this location, and we had a big pickup and trailer with no where to park available in the hotel lot. We parked next door in the Home Depot parking lot and it was late when we checked in so this worked out okay.

Fantastic spacious and well appointed room. Kitchen well fitted out with everything you would need to cook and have dinner. Room was spacious and had nice quality furniture.

Pet charge at $75 is very high for one night.

It was a great stay. Check in time a little late not until 4pm. Tried to check in early but was not allowed. Didn't even offer to Chek if something was open. Just No No

Just cleaning is once a week unless requested. Tissue can be a better quality, could be good for writing paper

Rooms spacious and clean. Pool was nice

Could not check in til 4 pm. Then had to check out by 11. Would be nice to get a few more hours for our dollars
