Location was great. Perfect for getting anywhere we needed to go. Low noise level. Hotel was super quiet. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was very clean and very welcoming.

Bed was hard. Bathroom was small. Tv was incredibly small. Channel lineup was very limited. No conditioner in shower. Needed more towels but that's okay! Wasn't quite what I was expecting for a deluxe king room.

Newly remodeled...clean and fresh. Breakfast choices were good with several options.

All the staff was excellent except for maid service. Since we had an extended stay we were around the property while maid were cleaning. Continually talking on the phone and sloppy work. Didn't vacuum ...didn't replenish coffee 3 of the 6 days. Don't know if this is a maid problem or management problem. The lady doing the breakfast was supreme. Contented checking and cleaning. Also very friendly.

Breakfast was good. Room was perfect.

At first, the front desk person couldn't find my reservation because she was looking at the wrong date. She said it might take 10 minutes to show up since I just made the reservation, so I left and came back. She then told me she had been looking at the wrong date and of course, found it easily now.

Hot breakfast, however the last day I was there the breakfast eggs were cold, no sausage or meat.

Clean room but the shower had an odor probably from the Clorox they use on everything at too high of content the room smell like Clorox which made it hard to breathe .

The decor was up-to-date and everything worked great (TV, wi-fi, hair dryer). The room itself as well as the bathroom were both clean. The breakfast had a variety of choices: scrambled eggs, sausage links, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, waffles, bread for toast, bananas, yogurt, juice, coffee, and milk.

The heating/cooling unit wasn't working when I got there, but the receptionist came down right away and reset the power switch and it worked great from that point on. I liked the fact that it had a constant fan to drown out some of the noise (although for the most part it was a very quiet location). There was a dog barking in one of the rooms near me in the morning, but fortunately I was already awake.

The front desk person was very nice. She had us checked in and situated on our sudden booking. Thank you!

The facility is very nice and clean. However i do not like the bathroom sink area without a door becuase I sometimes need to turn on light at night and do not want to wake those sleeping. Shower could use a bit updating.

The breakfast menu never changed. We were there for two nights and there was the same thing out for breakfast. For a queen room there wasn't much room. With the shower stall so large it was into the room space. Beds were soft and clean.

Room size was small. answered question above. I think the price was high for the area. Due to junk jaunt and Aksarben going on I think there was a lot of price increases.

Main floor, took my dogs, close to exit, dog park, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Bathrooms small. Sliding barn door made lots of noise at night with 4 people in the room. Pool was closed and no one informed me before coming.

The first room I got had a remote which would not transmit the dash so I could get to the guide. I had to go back to the front desk at least 3 times before she would give me another room. Like ai didnt know how to push a button on a remote.

The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and smoke-free. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

It didn't have a hot tub. The pool was nice, but my partner has muscle issues where a hot tub would have been helpful.
