Very eclectic place with super cool furniture, artwork and lighting. Bed was really comfortable and we both loved the bathroom. The shower is great with the pretty tiles and niche to put your toiletries. Absolutely loved the robes that were provided, too. It also had a large flat-screen TV, which we appreciated. The whole hotel has been completely remodeled and they did a fantastic job making it cute, comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was super too.

The reception area could use some updating.

The room was very clean! The beds were super comfy! The motel in general brought so many smiles to my face when I saw all of the clever design ideas, that showed someone has put a lot of thought into the The Dragonfly Inn & Suites and making it welcoming, convenient, comfortable, and stylish! The staff was very friendly and helpful! When I was checking out, the lobby and breakfast nook were full of people cleaning up and helping customers. What I noticed was that every single one of them was smiling and so friendly! A wonderful atmosphere we don't seem to find often enough anymore!

The room was pretty small, and the bathroom was especially small with not much room to move around. The tub creaked badly, so it was very noisy when someone was taking a shower.

Location was great. The breakfast was fair. Not enough room in the breakfast area, but we know they are remodeling. All in all we had a great stay and would return.

Breakfast room larger. But we know they are remodeling. The flight of 15 stairs to get to our room was kinda difficult. But it was okay. Had my husband been with me though, he would not have been able to do the stairs at all. He's somewhat handicapped.

This was a very cute hotel, lots of personality. The beds were very comfy. It has all the comforts you'd expect in a hotel. The whole place was very clean. There were lots of breakfast options and little casino style games in the lobby.

The building is a little older, and it shows its age in some spots, for instance the ceiling in the bathroom could stand repairs, but I still felt everything was clean and it was a great value!

Decor is very nice. Would be nice if the room was completely finished before using. Mine had lose floor boards at the door. Does not give one a sense of safety.

Paying $150+ when a property is still under renovation and the room and hallways still have many cosmetic flaws is too much. Rooms absolutely need better window coverings. Absolutely need room darkening blinds or curtains. My window coverings, while pretty and decorative where very sheer, almost see through. Room was very bright at night and impossible to sleep in that morning.

The Dragonfly Inn has a very welcoming atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was very friendly when we walked in. Our room was decorated nice and very clean. The towels, bedding, and the robes were all high quality and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered an assortment of items including waffles and pancakes. We definitely will stay there again when in Hastings.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, great water pressure. Eclectic decor gave off a Vegas vibe which, since they're from Vegas, is what they were going for. It was unique and fun.

The outdoor lights did attract bugs which wasn't a problem unless you propped your door open while you were loading and unloading your car.

Love the many improvements Jennifer and her husband have made since taking over this property. Have been staying here since it was originally built and through the many ownership changes. It has always been a convenient and easily accessible location and remains so to this day. We were lucky to learn that it was under new ownership and see the changes as we were looking for boutique hotels or BNBs in the area. We were intrigued by the new name, colorful, eye catching changes to the exterior and pictures of the rooms. We were excited to see the new continental breakfast and extended lobby space. The room was very welcoming, with modern decorating throughout . The new a/c units were very quiet and comfortable. The restyled shower area with new fixtures and great lighting worked out very good! All in all, great experience and value with a clean and relaxing environment.

Nothing comes to mind, but I would also like to mention that the breakfast was far above what you might find at places that are twice the price.

Delicious breakfast, love the new decor, awesome staff, ever so comfortable bed. Slept great. We were in Hasting for Softball Tournament. When morning game cancelled, we returned to the Dragonfly Inn and asked if we could stay in their lobby until the next game was scheduled. They were exceedingly accommodating. We were allowed to stay as long as necessary. When that game was scheduled for the next day, we got a suite so all of us could stay in one room. Great place to stay

AC/heater was a bit noisy when it went on and off.

Jennifer was very kind and helpful. We requested a very quiet room as we are on a 12week road trip from LA to Boston. Our room was lovely.The beds, pillows, bedding were wonderful And so was the bathtub for lovely hot bubblebath. Even robes were supplied. A good breakfast fresh and very clean area

Sadly, for us, we like a dark room to sleep in. The new drapes in our room were to small and did not fit the windows, so light came in on alm sides. Also there was a pinkish neon light on outside window that reflected onto the large mirror and added more light. Also we had the Sunrise.This may not be an issue for anyone else. BUT it is still a lovely Inn.
