Clean, friendly staff

When I was checking in the customer ahead of me asked about having her pet in the room because there was nothing online about it when she was making the reservation. Staff said they were very pet friendly and she wouldn’t be charged. When it’s my turn (I also made an online reservation, mine was through booking.com) the staff asked me if I had any pets and said it would be $20 extra. Why was I charged and the previous person wasn’t. I didn’t call the staff out about it because I was tired and didn’t want to make a scene…but it burns.

comfortab;e, quiet, clean, safe. We stop at this prpperty four or more times per year because of the location and quaility of the faciltity.

The hair dryer didn not work. My wife went to ask for loaner and was treated vert rudely by a middle eastern man. at the desk. Essebtialy blew her off! If this poeprty is no longer American owned we will no longer stay there. We are not prejudice, but have experiemced the decline in in maintenance, housekeeping, and quakilty service which is provided by mangeress/owners from the middleast and India. Who owns thise property now? Check out experience was awful!

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Did have a drain problem in our room. We were placed in the room next to us. A little frustrated to move all out things. But otherwise it was very nice, quite, relaxing stay. I would return if I came back.

The tub would not drain. Our group was moved to a different room. As the weekend approached. Could not get parking close to the back door of our room.

The front desk clerk was especially helpful when we checked in. He let us know the area was under a tornado watch until midnight. Comfortable, clean rooms. The first 2 floors currently under renovation, but I wouldn't have known unless I went looking for ice. Easy off and on to the highway. Small pond with a play area in back yard.

Great bang for the buck great staff comfortable bed and LEO friendly. was traveling across the country needed a last minute room with a very late check-in they went above and beyond to help me out. if I ever need to stay near here again this will be the place I'm staying!

it's inconsequential to say what I didn't like because everyone was so friendly and supportive I'm willing to help.

Rooms are recently updated. Bathroom very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Nice TV. Excellent location near the Interstate. New fitness center well equipped.

Breakfast was awful. Scrambled eggs were refrigerator cold, almost nauseating. Rarely anyone attending to the front desk.

Totally renovated so the room was nice and clean. They were still working on the hotel, so maybe they will address that the top right and left side of black out roll down shades have a large gap where sun comes in. Overall though, impressive for the price. Great value.

We stay there once or twice per year, visiting relatives in the area. It seems as though the hotel has been under renovation the last couple of times we’ve stayed. Not a big deal, just wondering if it will be finished soon?

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The electronic entrance/exit door near the breakfast room is very convenient. Loved that they have recycling bins by the door. It was a quiet and comfortable one night stay. The location is great, walkable to a very good Mexican restaurant.

The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. It still had a low toilet which is difficult for older folks to use. Electrical outlets for recharging electronics weren't modernized. The breakfast was adequate, but not great. Coffee tasted terrible.

*The price is amazing for what you get. *Tesla superchargers in parking lot *Cont breakfast w/ waffles. *Pet friendly *Little play area for kids in the back. Just a small slide setup you'd see at a park, but still awesome

Limited parking if hauling trailers or uhauls. Ended up parking along the curb on the west side of the property, which is an allowable parking place if you need it. (I was the only one that parked there that night)
