I really appreciated how clean and well cared for this hotel felt. I checked in after 1AM and the person at the front desk was helpful and kind. I also used the electric vehicle charger in the parking lot with no issues. Hotel overall was clean, and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again. This was only a one night stay during business travel, I arrived late and left early, but it was very nice for the short bit I was here.

Maybe $10 cheaper? Overall it felt like fair price for the facility. Breakfast was closed a bit early when I arrived just before 9AM to grab a bite to go. Employee cleaning up helped me get some yogurt and juice to go which was nice.

The staff for the most part was friendly, the breakfast was good with many hot and cold options, the breakfast hours were awesome, the facility was clean as well as our room, swimming pool and pet friendly!

The beds could be softer but they still were not terrible. No hot tub. The front desk clerk upon check-in wasn’t friendly but also not rude. Didn’t strike us as a people person. She just seemed willing to do the minimum required of her to do her job but wasn’t going to do anything beyond that. It could also have just been an off night for her.

The very best part of booking here was the crib that was provided for our baby. We were traveling out of state with a two week old baby and the hotel having a crib made our entire trip easier. Thank you for being family friendly! Also thank you for the kitchen staff who were so nice to us when our toddler spilled his juice and half his plate of food. Thank you for not making us feel bad. The staff here was wonderful!!!

The property had great location! The staff was fantastic (the younger lady glasses and long strawberry blonde hair- missed her name Saturday night) was fantastic with restaurant recommendations! (Highly recommend the Driftwood!!!) The rooms were clean and very upscale! Prior to checking in we had requested 1st floor bc my 85 yr old Mom was with and Laura called me while in route to see if we needed a hearing impaired room and proceeded to accommodate with 1st floor. The pool was warm and clean! The Bradley was incredible! Excellent condition and accommodations!

Convenient, near Hiway, very clean, and friendly.

Parking lot organization was very bad. We got cornered by a lot of cars, semi’s and trucks that parked in the NO parking area, leaving a lot of people stuck in the parking lot until the next day… just because the 2nd Shift Front desk didn’t know anything and didn’t care about the parking situation. 1st shift front desk was very helpful and knew how to fix the problem.

Perfect half way stop on route from Central City Nebraska to Estes Park Colarado As a family it was good to enjoy the kids unwind in the pool Great breakfast which was included in price Very comfortable bed Spacious room

Would have liked some basic crockery in room...ie bowls, wine / liquor glasses, cutlery

Ok - this is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at during my cross-country road trip. It's right off the I-80 (so convenient!), parking is free, they allow pets for a low $30 fee (I was traveling with my 2 dogs; they still only charged me $30 total), the rooms are enormous, and the free morning breakfast is to die for! The breakfast selection was seriously top notch - fried eggs, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, waffles, bagels, yogurt, all of the sauces and syrups and spices you could wish for. I met the woman who handles breakfast - I could tell she takes a lot of pride in her job. Shower stalls are also huge - everything looked new. The hallways had a lovely clean smell. And LOTS of green grass outside for my pups. A++.

The only inconvenience was that I left my room in the morning quickly, about 10:30 a.m. before check-out (check-out is at 11 a.m.) to go get some ice from the maker down the hall. When I returned to my room, my key no longer worked. I had to go from Floor 2 down to the lobby and leave my dogs in the room to get my key re-keyed. Other than that, everything was OUTSTANDING. I'll definitely be back.

I was SO surprised how excellent this facility was. In fact, we stayed there on Wednesday on our way to a Colorado vacation and the hotel we stayed at in Colorado was incredibly dumpy compared to this Best Western. We even mentioned we got spoiled that first night and were bound to be disappointed with the other hotel after. In fact, on our return home to Omaha we decided to just stay in Ogallala one more night because we knew how amazing this hotel was. The staff was incredibly friendly and the entire property was so clean. The breakfast was top notch (eggs, sausage, pancake machine and waffle maker.

Super clean, really modern and maybe recently renovated? Everything was spotless! Was concerned a bit with the location and style of other hotels in the area but this was a cut above the rest for sure! Breakfast was really extensive with lots of different options.

The area isn't phenomenal. Got a spider bite in the bed :(

Easy to check in. Parked near access for my room. Basic amenities but convenient. Decent bed, had a comfortable night.

This property has seen better days, from the worn linens and towels on up. But it was clean and comfortable enough that that didn’t matter.
