I loved the proximity to the beaches and the market near the property. I love the fact that the closest market was grocery outlet, which gave us huge savings to make dinners and meals each day during our stay with our family of six. The property was super clean had several amenities in the kitchen to cook with. We love that the property offered a swimming pool, hot tub, a bar and other activities for hanging out we didn’t barbecue this time but if we wanted to, I love that there was an option to do so. we love that there were enough beds for our family of six and super roomy.

I can’t say that I didn’t like anything about this property. We loved it. To make things more convenient we brought our own crockpot and rice maker, which made meal making much easier when we’re out enjoying our day at the beach. They didn’t have a slow cooker so if you want that, bring your own.:)

The apartments are very spacious and were clean and packed with everything required for our stay. We enjoyed cooking our own food, and the kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The property is nicely situated in the forest with a small creek, and is in good location close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely come back!

The staff were very strict with the 4 pm check-in, even though the room was ready. I understand from them that this is a new policy, it seems a bit harsh because if the room is ready why not? Nobody looses from that. A general drawback (not specific to the club) is that Incline Village have no public beaches, so take that into account when planning that you will have to swim in California, or hope that you find an available spot in Sand Harbor.

We stayed for a few days in early October 24 and the resort was very quiet. Apartment is over 3 levels so there was loads of space for just two people. Clean and tidy, backed onto pinewoods, good kitchen. Helpful staff. Well stocked Raley's supermarket close by. Ask at reception for free guest passes to Incline Beach which was very pleasant and the lake was just about warm enough for a quick dip. Great base for exploring Lake Tahoe.

Narrow parking spaces- not actually a problem for us as the resort was mostly empty but might need care when it is busy?

Spacious unit with room to spread out. Friendly/helpful staff (Lauren and Conner). Easy parking. Convenient to grocery and restaurants. Incline Village is very nice area to stay around Tahoe.

Was not aware that the units were not air conditioned. Didn't miss it at all except the first two days had quite warm afternoons. Property is in need of some maintenance, especially on the exterior. Second bathroom/shower was small.

The rooms are very spacious and in a lovey forest setting. Check-in is easy and simple. The apartment was well-fitted out, and the heating worked perfectly. The bathrooms need updating; they are quite old. The ensuite bathroom was fine, but the second bathroom needs to be brought up to standard.

Cute tri level set up. Condos are spacious and well designed. Great for families. We loved the pool and hot tub. The game room area was also nice. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this for a relaxing get away. 10 minute drive to sand harbor (go super early or late afternoon) and 10 minute drive to King Beach, which is more of a cute beach town than Incline. Will come back someday.

The location is further from main part of town and not really walkable to anywhere. The condos are super spread out. We were in 90 and to drive from our condo to the office building was like .5 of a mile or a nice little hike that took 10-15 minutes. Bring your own spices, cooking spray, etc. Since this is a timeshare type of place and not a normal airbnb.

Stayed here for a week with a friend to work remotely and enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe. This place met all our expectations and price wise was one of the best reasonable choices. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (not equal size - one bedroom/bathroom is much bigger than another, but worked for us), living/dining room, kitchen, balcony. There is heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, pool tables, bar and some occasional entertainment on the grounds. Grocery store and multiple restaurants are just 2 minutes away by car or walkable distance (in the dark time of the day walking might not be the best due to dense bear population). This accommodation worked perfectly for our needs. Would definitely stay here again with the group of friends or family. For couples there might be some more romantic options available in the area. Location was great for our needs - any point of interest around the lake was reachable within 1 hour driving.

Would prefer bedrooms/bathrooms of equal size, but for the price and the privacy still provided by separate bedrooms/bathrooms it was fine and worked out nicely without any major discomfort. I believe there is no cooling, only heating in the condos, but for mid to late September it was perfect. Might be different story in summer.

This place exceeded my expectations. Very roomy, cozy, with everything you need. Excellent location, minutes to the ski resort and to the lake. The hot tub was very nice after the ski day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the grocery & Starbucks. One of the beds in our unit wasn't really comfy, otherwise it's a great place, and we will definitely book it again.

Amazing for the price. I could not believe the size of the place. We only regretted not inviting more people to stay with us. Hard to beat 2 bedrooms with Queens and a loft with 2 twins for the price we payed. Living area was great as well with a good sized kitchen and dining area and comfy sofa with TV and fire place which had some logs provided.

Only negative was the 10am checkout time. You don't get any amazing views from the place but your close enough to the lake and other scenic points that you won't mind for the value.

How huge the space was. With our 2 almost teenagers, there was enough room for us all to have our own space. Everyone one had their own bed the kitchen was big enough to cook all our own meals and spend family time together. It was close enough to walk to down town and even a few miles from the lake. Definitely will be staying again and again

Not a dang thing was wrong with the place.
