It had a swimming pool for our grandkids. It’s indoor so at times it was very loud because of the echo but the kids loved it. Breakfast was yummy. Beds were comfortable. Lots of pillows to choose from.

Pull out bed was very uncomfortable they gave us a blanket that was like a sheet I asked for a blanket and was told that was the blanket. Shower broke so couldn’t shower second day could only bathe. Never made up our room after first night so nothing was replenished ie.. toilet paper and towels we had five people staying in one room. Had to call for toilet paper at 11:00 at night.

Location was great for south summerlin. Room was huge. Bed was very comfortable and sofa bed was good size. Bathroom a good size.

Rooms with kitchen only have one bowl, one side plate and one dinner plate, for 2 guests? Silver ware was non existent. No washing up liquid. No paper towels. Utensils and pans provided were oldand Probably hadn’t been used for years. Opening oven door also opened fridge door. Very badly planned.

The location was amazing. We were there for a soccer tournament and all three fields were within 15 minutes of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Out hotel room, mainly the bathroom area, was worn down and very small. It was a corner room and may have been the cause of the small bathroom area.

Loved the location! It felt quiet and secluded from the busy city but it didn’t take long to get wherever we wanted to go. My kids and I loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to use it any time that was convenient! Breakfast was great with a lot of options!

We didn’t quite have enough space. Online when I searched for a room I typed how many people I was traveling with and it suggested that room so I thought there would be a couch with a pull out bed or sheets to lay on the couch with. It turns out there was only a chair that wouldn’t work to sleep on so three of us had to squish in one bed. It worked because my kids are young but they move a lot so I didn’t get much sleep.

The breakfast foods weren't filled often enough, the breakfast room is too small, the hot water only runs Luke warm and lasts about 5 minutes, the beds and floor are of similar comfort level.

After a horrible experience with booking dot com and also a different local hotel, this hotel saved our family trip! Judy at the front desk found a room that fit our family since the one we had booked through the third party was not available. She was helpful with tips of where to go eat while I was on a keto diet, and she made an AMAZING breakfast the next day that my family thoroughly enjoyed! The kids loved the pool. Would recommend to everyone! They took care of us and made us feel so welcome.

The location was so organized and clean. Plus, they had a phenomenal staff. We felt immensely welcomed. The staff was remarkable, always going out of their way to make our stay the best possible. Whether it was a band aid or extra ice, staff was there to help. Staff even offered to pack us: to go breakfast bags, on our check out day. Talk about going out of their way, so kind, we greatly appreciate it! Breakfast was delicious, a surplus of options. Also, a quick shoutout to the cleaning staff, sweet ladies, so sweet and did such a great job. Great teamwork. Phenomenal service. Outstanding stay.

The room was good sized for a family to travel, and free breakfast was a bonus plus it was quite tasty! Comfy beds!!

This isn’t really a dislike, but maybe include an extra blanket for the sofabed!

My children and I enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

The bathroom didn't smell good. The sink is a little bit dirty. Toilet wobbles.
