Breakfast was good. Menu had many options. Dinner the night before was outstanding. Prime rib excellent. Hotel staff could not have been more attentive. Accommodation was excellent.

As two woman traveling together we noticed a subtle difference in service at breakfast. Everyone was served water and given silverware upon arriving, except us. We didn’t get anything until we politely asked. We asked for coffee and cream. The cream was delivered to the EMPTY table behind us and we asked again. Small however left an impression that clouded the outstanding experience the meal before.

Big, clean and comfortable room with beautiful views. The valet service was so good.. They even showed me how to setup my rental car. The check in and out was great. They were friendly and welcoming. The location was good--- I spent one day at Red Rock Canyon park hicking and another day in death valley park. Both parks were ez to get to from the hotel. so much more convenient than staying on the Strip. ok

The restaurants in the casino were a disappointment. The noodle restaurant soup was good but the house special rice was lacking in flavor. The duck bao bum was inedible. The bbq restaurant was uninviting and the food was mediocre. The 24 hr coffee shop restaurant was just ok. I found the prime rib medium was tough to chew but the veggies were cooked perfect as well as the mash potatoes. The dessert looked great but lacked in quality and taste

Very nice amenities. Numerous dining options with a great variety. Favorites were very cleaner and staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. Pool is amazing! Great fitness center and spa as well.

This was our first time staying off the strip. In our case, this was not so much a dislike, but mild inconveniece as we did not have much planned on the strip. However, it is a 20-30 min Uber/Lyft ride to the strip at an average cost of $30-40 each way. Plan out your itinerary appropriately.

The Red Rocks Resort and Casino is perfectly positioned and is within walking distance of a myriad of shops and eateries in the "Downtown Summerlin" One Summerlin Festival Plaza. That is, of course, only if you find yourself bored with the many restaurants, shops, bowling alley, theatre and casino that are within the Red Rocks Resort and Casino. The staff from the valet attendants to the front desk, bell services, concierge, wait staff and security are all extremely professional, courteous and genuinely interested in making your visit as best as possible. The rooms are grand and perfectly appointed. The views are unrivaled for the area. Ingress and egress are fantastic. This is one of the best destinations we've stayed at.

Sport book. Watched formula 1 race. And the spa was great.

How we made a reservation to the restaurant T-Bones at 7.30 And they always overlooked us and sat others before us very disappointing. We were seated at 8:45. Then food was mediocre and they needed more wait staff. Food was. A little cold. The waiter could have comp our wine for being so late on seating us. Communication from the hostess to the manager and seating people need to have better communication flow of the restaurant. Especially when you have a pro football team staying at the hotel.

Nice, spacious room with excellent view on the Stripe - nice especially during night. Shopping mall in a walking distance with clothes, groceries and the like. About twenty/thirty minutes ride to the stipe, about 10 minutes ride to Red Rock Canyon. Not so crowdy as some other hotels on the Stripe. In other regards a typical casino with slot machines, food corner, cinema, Spa and pool inside like most other casinos. Pool open only till 7pm but looks nice although crowded at a time. Quite easy drive in - freeway is just around a block yet does not bother while in sleep - rooms got nice noise isolation.

Lack of some facilities like microwave oven or the fridge, only small mini-bar available but useless due to "state restrictions". Removing of anything from it results in charges applied to the credit card. A single entry point from casino floor only. It may require quite long walk to/from room. No big deal if leaving room only once in a while.

Classy place with a very clean Casino. Great for people who dont want to be on the strip and love great desert mountain scenery.

Cannabis smoking is legal in the state of Nevada. Understandably its not permitted in the rooms or by minors but adults keeping to themselves and enjoying a smoke outside the casino between spending money on games, far away from anyone with no one there too complain about it, shouldn't be a problem. Getting told like we were children that we couldn't felt like the next step would be a time out lol

The rooms were bigger than I expected. The bathrooms were wonderful size and condition. My wife loved that she could take a bath and relax after a day of being at the convention. The best part was the staff!! Honestly, everyone was friendly and authentically caring. You've done an exceptional job with your people and culture. From my two calls to the hotel about the reservations before we arrived thru each interaction we had with staff during our 5 days there, our experience was wonderful. Mercedes at the front desk handled a little issue we had with absolute grace and professionalism. At the end I felt like I had a friend helping me. TERRIFIC!!!

Everyone was super amazing and the facility was also very beautiful. Came for ErgoNami and nothing disappointed down to the refreshments during class. The pool area is absolutely stunning as well. The cookies made for our class were absolutely awesome as well.

Just how long it was to get to the strip and back. When taking a taxi it is kinda spend due to distance out. The distance out is also a bonus too.

We enjoy staying here. It is a great hotel away from the strip. We often do short staycations. There are lots of options for food and we love that we can go to the movies, bowl and go to the mall. The staff is always friendly. Everything in the room is always clean.

Every time we check into our room, there are leftover room service dishes sitting in the hallway—it’s not a great first impression.
