The staff is wonderful. Shara, at the front desk is fabulous! She is friendly and cheerful. She helped us when we were having problems connecting to the internet. She had great ideas for things to do in the area. The ladies who made breakfast kept everything full and clean. And they were also friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and light. It is a good location to get most places in the area.

The high touch areas in the room were clean, but the bathroom was not so clean. The floor around the sink area had dirt and dust. The shower had some mold and gunk on the frame at the bottom. The walls needed wiped down and the baseboards looked like they hadn't been touched in a while. The vent was also dirty. This location allows dogs. This isn't the hotels fault, but there were piles of poop in the grass at the front of the hotel.

I was so late at midnight when i arrived by driving so long distance, and the hotel staff are so nice to guide me how to access my hotel room and where I needed to park my SUV. And, hotel is clean and safe, and breakfast is served with quality food and have many different kinds of foods, drinks and bread, snacks and fried eggs and sausage too. Location and parking are convenient, and it is awesome place to stay.

Everything is good. I wish I could have time to go swimming in the blue swimming pool. But my time is too tight. Next time I am going to stay longer and go swimming again.

Very comfortable room in a quiet part of Las Vegas. Congenial desk staff. Beautiful lobby.

Disappointed in the breakfast. Have stayed at La Quinta properties before and had a more varied selection. As a diabetic I found the menu much too carb-heavy: biscuits and other breads, waffles, syrup. but effectively no protein like eggs or breakfast meats. Also, the lack of options meant a longer wait at the justifiably popular waffle station. Odd in a town known for its buffets.

Rick, at the front desk greeted me in a friendly way, the day that I arrived. The next day, it was late on a Friday afternoon, and I was thirsty after coming in from a conference. I asked if milk was sold in the little pantry/cooler area near the front desk. There was no milk to be sold. He went to the breakfast area and poured me the coldest cup of milk in one of the cardboard cups. The milk was very delicious! Thank you to Rick for that extra "Vegas" hospitality. The breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausage was also a wonderful treat, for a business traveler! Thank you to you all. Great job. I would like to come back and stay at this property, on another trip. Also, I have told my relatives and business associates about this place,

The facility was mostly in good repair. Breakfast was very good with lots of protein options.

I generally avoid Wyndham properties but had no choice in this matter. The pool was filthy and hot tup broken. Several junky areas (elevator) that need repair. Wyndham properties are generally crappy. I had to keep looking for front desk staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is very clean, from the grounds to the inside. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The property accepts pets, should you have to travel with your dog. It's quiet, I didn't hear my neighbors or the floor above me. I will definitely be staying here again!

I only ran into 1 problem. There was no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning. It was barely warm, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom doors were dirty and needed to be wiped down, but everything else seemed clean.

Super nice helpful staff, literally everyone is very friendly. Gigantic parking lot, big comfortable room, breakfast, hot drinks available all day, spa and swimming pool hours are long, gym Location is quiet-ish while still close-ish to landmarks, but I found it a little difficult to drive into

Sink was full of beard trimmings from previous guests Both treadmills in the gym were out of order Would’ve been fantastic with some more outdoor seating for breakfast or picnics

The room was nice and peaceful. Easy to find and close to shopping areas and the strip. Coffee available around the clock. Kind and friendly staff day or night.

Low water pressure in the shower and it would have been nice to have the water a little hotter. Hot days you want to get a good shower to wash the sweat of you. Still good enough to take a decent shower.

I would have given it a 10, but the pool was closed due to repairs on the hot tub. It would have been nice to get a warning or notification ahead of time. We were really planning on that. We rented a cabana at another hotel so we could hang out at the pool. Other than this,, the hotel was great. I do recommend it.

The pool was broken. We didn't know before we arrived.

Breakfast was as advertised - nothing fancy but met my needs and I’m good with that. I also understand that the hotel is adjacent to a very busy freeway so there will be noise - not a big deal.

I’ve stayed a few times over the last several months and the spa continues to be out of order. You’re informed at the desk it’s not available as if it just went down but the bottom line is it’s just not being fixed and maintained. You should fix this. Same with the elevator next to the lobby. Neither is an issue for me, but I’m fortunate to not need the elevator and am indifferent about the spa.
