The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When I arrived a little after 9 p.m., the gentleman at the desk let me know he was unable to find my reservation. I booked through booking.com, which stated I was to pay when I arrived at the property. He informed me that they had canceled my reservation because there was an issue with my card, and they jad tried calling me. I checked my call log, and there was a missed call from the hotel at 8:55pm. again. I arrived a little after 9, maybe 9:15pm. The young man called the manager, and they were able to give me another room on the second floor with my crutches. which helped the experience be better.

We liked how it was close by to so many food options. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had slept on while travelling, although the pillows could be better. The smell of the soaps and lotion were nice too. Also really appreciated that there was both an iron and ironing board in the room without asking. We’ve stayed in more expensive hotels where one or the other was missing and so we’ve had to ask staff to bring a replacement. Air conditioning was also sufficiently cold enough to battle Vegas heat in the summer. In fact, it got a little too cold at times but it’s way better than not cool enough. The people that work front desk are also very friendly and approachable.

The room was nice and dark and quiet which made it easier to sleep on the uncomfortable bed

The pool and the jacuzzi were freezing cold by touch. The beds are not comfortable at all and they've never heard of bed skirts to cover up the lower box springs instead they just leave it open and it looks like yellow tannish pee pee and it blows my mind that they don't use bed skirts on the box springs which makes it look so ghetto and trashy and pathetic

Over all facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. Location met our needs. Employees were friendly.

Breakfast was advertised in your listing. Nothing stated it was not included in the price of the room. This is not a make or break in deciding where we would stay but is misleading as to expectations one might expect.

There was no breakfast or even coffee. The area for food was unavailable. The person working the registration was willing to make a pot of coffee after he finished what he was doing.................................

Dirty spots on carpet. No soap for the shower. We used shampoo so that was OK. No breakfast or even coffee

The room itself was clean and spacious. The property itself is well kept, no smell of smoke anywhere so that was nice.

The other properties down the street had free breakfast, for the same price I paid for Sonesta. So it would just have been nice to wake up and go downstairs for some breakfast. The lobby also had no comp water anywhere or coffee, just little simple things like that goes a long way.

Pet room carpet had lots of stains from previous stays. Coffe breakfast area was closed. And the shower light barely glows. Had to leave door open of restroom for light.

Liked everything, but it's a little outdated. Other than that, all was good.

The dark furniture Rug was very dirty, and the pull out coach was horrible. We had to move rooms cause the shower was broken. But I gotta say everyone was really nice. We will come back..so let's get some of things newer. Thank u

The staff and location is close to the freeway and plenty of stores and food nearby.

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no breakfast, not even a banana or apple for free and not even any coffee for free. Most hotels provide that and especially for the price.
