Awesome employees Everything there from Starbucks to restaurants staff all nice Room clean Bring your own pillow if your picky like me

There was a fire alarm and no staff at all around We ended up going out and down a stairway and all ended up in parking garage not a staff insight We finally all walked to the lobby after a long while and a security at that time rode up on a bike I felt for the elderly in the dark we had no idea where to go

It was close to where we needed to be. The room was spacious and we really loved the mini fridge. We love the Oyster Bar and the one at Santa Fe Station is much larger than at the Palace Station and it has real tables & chairs! The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows not great either. Also, the toilet is very low and was squeezed next to the vanity to the point that the toilet paper roll is literally under your arm.

The room was cool and quiet. It was located off of the strip closer to friends and family. The room was clean, and there were no smells.

The bathroom was cramped. The toilet was located very close to the sink. The shower head was horrible. Water sort of dribbled out of it. There was hot water and it did not run out or change temps.

Sierra was the customer service at the front desk. She was amazing! She not only handled an issue that occurred with booking through 3rd party but she did it with a smile and a great attitude! To top it off she gave me some very valuable information that will lead to me using primarily the Station Casinos properties from now on. I get hotel rooms fairly regularly and Sierra made it feel like I was finally at home. Thank you Sierra at Sante Fe Station.

Everything was great.

The price is good for a room that was clean and comfortable.

The temperature of the room was too warm and we couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler. Also, but this is for all the hotel hotels in Las Vegas Vegas, you can’t get your room without walking through lots of gambling and casino stuff.

I liked the location Good restaurants Kid friendly Bowling Kids quest Arcade Friendly staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel

No microwave in the room They should look into putting even a mini one

The location was great. it was good for our family trip

it didnt have a small diner or cafe.. everything was expensive restaurants or fast food.. would have been nice to sit for a cup of coffee. not 11$ starbucks

I liked the hotel location alot of stores near by a plus didn't have to drive to far to get anything needed I also loved the hotels presentation just like I was thinking we walked in got the rooms there was the casino an the restaurants an alot of action going on that was a plus when on trip to the superbowl go chiefs!!

Extra charges for everything. Just to have a coffee maker in the room the hotel wanted to add $10 per day. Add that to the extra charges for a king bed and it would have been less to stay somewhere else.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very quiet.

If you do not use the valet service moving luggage can be difficult.
