Newly renovated hotel so rooms were brand new and looking great. The beds were super comfy. Bathroom was spacious as well. Staff were helpful and kind.

Because it was new we didn't get to have the continental breakfast they advertised when I reserved. We got a to go bagged breakfast with an apple, water, muffin and cereal bar, which was plenty but not what i signed up for. I would recommend to add a juice and maybe switch the muffin to a croissant to make up for the inability to accommodate breakfast at the hotel. Same with the pool, not functional. It wasn't advertised as not open when I reserved back in April. Maybe they could offer a voucher to use another pool.

Good spacious room, comfortable bed, coffee machine, cold fridge, clean facilities. Great breakfast in the morning. Safe parking for the car. Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast time.

The first room we were put in, when we used the shower the water flooded the whole room, making it dangerous, health and safety was not observed. A strip of plastic had not been replaced to hold the water in the shower area. We asked to change rooms, which was not a problem. The lights in the bed area shone at you rather than help you see - bad design.

Received a warm welcome from receptionist Damien who helped us to get settled. Aaron and Brandy also helped to resolve a payment issue when checking out. Would recommend this hotel as it's situated close to the Vegas strip. Staff were quite responsive to resolve issues and answering queries.

Loved Staff, Clean room, distance from the Sphere and all Service. Staying there was a great experience.

I would say the elevator doors were a little bit slow but It was not a big Issue

Pool was closed, but that was communicated prior. I was a little confused at check in as there was no clear spots marked where to park and how to get to the desk.

The place was very clean. The bed , pillow and sheets were very clean without the cigarette or sweat smelling . Quiet and dark to sleep well.

The outside was scary and dark, not enough lights on the street (lamp post). Too many homeless around. We walk back from the strip around 12am and it was the most scary experience.

Because I didn’t know about the pool and jacuzzi were under remodelation, you send us a message on the same day of our check in, and we that the breakfast was included in the reservation, but we there and we back to home happy!!! Sorry about my English 😃maby I didn’t see that instructions when I did the reservation.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel had free parking on site, hotel is a short driving distance from the Vegas strip, and hosts of other restaurants, bars and clubs.

Hotel has/is being renovated so some areas were closed, particularly the pool.

The room was specious but the bathroom was huge. I liked dispensers with shower gel instead of tiny bottles. I could choose the floor on which I had a room - nice guesture from the hotel. Plenty of spaces in the underground parking garage.

There's no central AC but each room has its own unit - and it's very loud. It was annoying during the day and impossible for me to sleep with AC on during night and considering high temperatures in June it was a bit of a drag.

Continental breakfast had a good selection. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. Good size bathroom with quality toiletries
