Proximity to the Airport, Room cleaned well each day with new linens in place, facilities in the room, Easily accessible by rideshare pick up folks

a. The phone in the room to talk to the reception for any of urgent needs was not working. The lady at the reception was blunt in mentioning that it won't be available as there is some work going on. As a result, I constantly had to pace up and down the reception for my urgent needs. b. There were no water bottles in the room. That's something basic and needs to be made available by the hotel c. There wasn't a water kettle to heat drinking water in the room d. More options can be provided for breakfast. It is the same menu that keeps repeating daily

Mostly everything was great: clean and cozy room, excellent breakfast, kids also enjoyed the pool

Paid parking (20$ per day), and as the hotel is close to the airport we were waken up at about 6am by planes' sounds (flights are very frequent starting from 5-6am)

got only 2 towels for 5 people, but went to reception and they immediately gave 3 more. Breakfast place was a bit crowded sometimes when we had to wait for more scrambled eggs.

A beautiful, clean, and modern room, close to the center, with a pool open late into the night. And surprisingly, I was also pleased to find something salty for breakfast!

The side facing the airport is noisy, and there is an extra charge for parking. Breakfast was served in plastic containers, there was no tea, and there was not much fruit. But that's a problem for us Europeans everywhere in the US. The repetitive selection, predominantly sweet foods, and disposable packaging make it frightening to think how much waste one produces during breakfast...

We liked the convenient location as it was off strip but easy to uber to the Cosmopolitan where we had dinner reservations. Breakfast was delicious with the OJ and oranges being fresh. The cinnamon rolls were so really good especially paired with the coffee. Staff was exceptionally friendly and checking in and out was quick and easy. Room was comfortable and had a microwave, as well as a keurig-like coffee maker. It was fairly quiet even though it’s next to In n Out.

It was a bit difficult to figure out the shower head (pull down the spout aerator of the shower faucet). The room could be aired out a little more; it smelled musty when we first walked in.

Location: Close to the airport and accessible to the strip. 23 mins walk to the Las Vegas sign. In-n-out is right in front of the hotel. The room is clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine, different menu everyday. Receptionists and housekeepers were pleasant. The price and parking per night is alright.

We encountered problem on our door card, it was acting up several times. We brought it to their attention but they reset it. Then it will be fixed and will not work again, such a hassle in our part. The dining area is small to cater the huge number of guests especially on weekends, please consider expanding the area. Also, 1 pancake machine is unacceptable. You should add 1 more, this create inconvenience for the guests having to wait longer.

Our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering outstanding service at every turn.

We had an issue with the key cards frequently deactivating, which became quite inconvenient during our stay. It’s a small but frustrating downside to an otherwise fantastic experience.

Both close to the airport and the strip. The room was clean. It was a good value considering they offer a nice breakfast buffet. Other family members stayed at the fancier hotels on the strip and were complaining they didn’t even get a continental breakfast and paid $30 for a croissant, coffee and orange juice. All staff members were very nice and professional, from the front desk to housekeeping (asked for extra towels) to maintenance (needed help with a room safe). Definitely staying here the next time I’m in town.

No complaints

Great staff. Everyone was so nice. It was great that there was 24/7 tea and coffee, and there is an in n out across the parking lot. The rooms come with a fridge and microwave, which makes it so nice if you are going to EDC and want to have a bunch of snacks to have in the middle of the night.

The key cards kept getting deactivated, which is annoying because we had to go to the front desk 3 times to fix the cards every day. Also they didn't even ask for ID when reactivating the keycard, so basically anyone who had a keycard could go and get a key to your room!
