Amazing beds. Fluffy towels. Large Rooms. Good gym. Nobu restaurant on site. Very helpful staff.

Having to pay for coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room… you had to go to reception to get free coffee in the morning between 7-10am. This makes it feel like a motel.. not somewhere you are spending $500+ per night. The reception area is also bland and dull like a motel. Pool is shared with Caesars Palace and has no available free beds on the 3 occasions I tried to go there

Rooms were spacious, clean and great location - right in the heart of the main part of the strip.

Lobby was a little hard to find. With the mini fridge in the room (and I believe it's all hotels in Vegas) they don't allow you to use it or they will charge you. Items in the fridge have a censor so you will be charges if items are off their censor longer than 30 sec.

From check in to check out all of our needs were met. Room clean and Hotel was very comfortable and quiet.

Finding out that Vegas is not suppose to charge Resort Fees and still being charged those fees. Also realizing I was being double charged from Booking and then through the hotel. Only found out because other guests we meet on the trip had the same complaint.

Hotel was very clean, staff was courteous and they even got my shirt pressed on time for my evening out on the las vegas strip. Hotel was also connected to our favorite restaurant, Nobu on the casino floor. Also liked the security with the elevators to access the room.

Good location for conference at ceasers. Very convenient access to conference center & transportation. Very clean, very comfortable. Definitely would stay again as part of a work trip.

Breakfast only through room service and not really a great value. Check-in process was slightly delayed and room was available somewhat later than expected. Could not remove mini-bar from the room unless you were willing to pay re-stocking fee up front.

Exceeded our expectations, we were upgraded to the Sake suite and as we were there celebrating a birthday- it was the perfect way to start our trip. We were impressed with everything about the suite. Anthony- who was at the front desk- was exceptional.

We loved everything

While some of the staff were great, it felt like most of them were inconvenienced by any request. It didn’t feel like we were welcomed guests of the hotel.
