This hotel is part of MGM until now and may change in future to different management. I was there during New Years and many of the activities in the hotel were closed they said for season and some said due to the transition of management. the hotel is huge with around 3500 rooms so expect you will have long walk before reaching the room. the reception may ask you if you need a room near the elevator on the floor, I would suggest you to opt for it to avoid long walk. each floor has over 100 rooms. the location of hotel is central so you are in middle of the strip. the vibe is refreshing when you enter the hotel and there are various dining and bar options. for uber they have a separate pick up and drop off

the room is not sound proof so you will hear everyone passing by and talking and your voice will also reach the corridor of the floor. the furniture is old. bathrooms are also not well maintained . they will charge for drinking water and there is no free parking even if it says there is, they will charge mandatory valet fee.

The breakfast food delivered by room service was tasteful. However, I paid for the room service including tip for $80 cash. When checking out of the hotel, the bill showed I was also charged for this service. Mirage stated they will look into it, but stated their records shows the charge. I was ripped off by the employee who conducted the room service 😒.

Both the spa service and room service charged my room for services that were paid for in cash. The Mirage management doesn't seem to be compelled to correct the situation.

Great pool area, although quite crowded. We still managed to find two sunbeds though, but no shade. Location is great, and our room was modern and clean. Good view of the strip too.

It's really annoying that you can't use the minifridge for your own items. There are magnets on all the items in the minibar, so they know if you've removed them. But even if you put the things back, you still get charged. It's just bad taste. Self parking is not free

Very spacious and clean room. The location is just fantastic for exploring all of the strip. Pool area is very clean and well managed. A good place for breakfast and pool side snacks called The Pantry. Amazing water and fire show at the front of the hotel each night with showings approx, 8pm, 9pm 10pm and 11pm.

Such a shame the pool area closes so early, 5pm on a weekday -not sure if this is since covid? The room was very clean but it was dated and showed signs of wear and age. No fridge in the room (unless you count the mini bar with water starting from $18 dollars…) However, ice machine provided along the corridor. Be aware if travelling with children that the inside lobby does allow smoking.

Everything went very well as planned. The hotel location is a plus. Rooms are ample, good lights, lots of outlets to charge electronics. Clean. Hospitable employees. We ride the public transportation, excellent for a day was $8 each, they called it Deuce.

The room was great

Arrived at 4pm & was told there were no rooms available. Were offered an upgrade, which we paid for & that wasn't available until 5pm. No apologies were offered from any staff members for the delay

The hotel is situated directly in the heart of the Strip - this is a real asset and was the reason for my booking. My impression is that even a few meters beside the strip it can be dangerous at night by foot. Self parking is easy and connected via a bridge to the hotel. The room was ok, typical hotel room, furniture not new, but ok and clean. Very nice pool area. Shops and Casino in the hotel "lobby". Craig at the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful when we had to prolong our stay due to the Hurricane Hilary (thanks so much!). I suggest everyone to use the self check-in via mobile phone - it's easy and you avoid (sometimes really long) queues at the reception.

The pool area already closes at 7 PM. The hotel is absurd big - it takes a lot of time to go from the car to the room. Shops in the hotel lobby are very expensive (but this seems to be true for all hotels on the strip).

Room was very clean and upon entering the hotel and casino, it does not smell of smoke. Staff were nice too.

The mini bar and the snack area in the room are not free. They are also very expensive like 1L of water cost about 20 usd.

Although they didn't respond to my message thru booking, when we arrived at registration they did do a free upgrade to a better view room as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, where the marriage did take place in Las Vegas and we'd stayed at the Mirage 15 years ago for our wedding. They have a nice pool where we spent two mornings to early afternoon as temperatures were in the mid 70's to high 80's. And we saw the Beatles LOVE performance at the property and ate at some of the restaurants at the Mirage that were good. And we were able to schedule the same time every day for room freshening. Price was very good on Booking.com

The mattresses are good, but not the best for side sleepers so there was some tossing and turning. And the pillows are all the same type - fairly firm - so I wish I had brought a squishy pillow. And had to turn the fan on high to get the room cooled to comfortable level, as the thermostat is located next to where the cold air comes out (which makes no sense). And the doors do slam shut which can be annoying when trying to sleep with the neighboring guests coming and going in the middle of the night. Wish they would put coffee makers in room.
