I have stayed previously and it’s only a few minutes from work location.

The front desk attendant was not nearly as engaging as the last person. She was looking through a large binder and continued to do so while we got started checking in. She did welcome me which was nice. I had to ask about points and get them added. I asked for utensils at one point and she just said you were out. No other suggestions until I pushed a little harder. Oh and I found out the restaurant was close when I got there around 6 on Sunday. Had to go out after a long day of travel. Then no utensils around after the restaurant forgot to pack them. The pillows were really really flat but room was clean as always. Just not as great as my first experience which I think set the bar very high.

We stayed here because we were attending a wedding at the crystal ballroom and the hotel in that hotel was sold out. Really liked the newly renovated rooms. LOVED that there were like 100 areas to plugs stuff in and charging ports.

Number 1 thing, was the shower FLOODS the bathroom, and there's really nothing you can do. Tried moving the shower head. Did not work. There needs to be like a plastic guard or something at the bottom so the water can't collect in the slider door well. Would have loved a make up light that wasn't in the bathroom. Like at the mirror over the desk.

Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Hotel is also in a great location to shop and eat. We came for the pool which is pristinely clean and well taken care of.

The pool can get crowded at times with kids splashing and taking over most of the pool. A bit of noisy adult guests at night slamming doors, but all of this can happen at any hotel.

Nice, clean, complimentary coffee in the morning and water in the reception area all day. Nice large outdoor pool. Nice sized room

Housekeeping needs improving, room although clean needed some repairs, rooms need to be better sound proofing.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean

Pool should stay open at least til 10pm as the sign stated. Lady came out exactly at 8pm and told us we had to leave. She was very nice about it. We feel as maybe we can't swim after 8pm at least let people hang out in the area rather than the front lobby or outside.

Great time at this location for our wedding. My family also enjoyed staying there which made it even better to know they were comfortable as well! Thank you to the wonderful catering and the entire staff of Holiday Inn East Windsor!

They can never find my booking. Always a delay registering, maybe because I Use BOOKING . COM

Room and staff excellent!! Restaurant, not so much. Staff inside kitchen laughing while customers were waiting for service. Wine served was horrible. Staff not where to be found.
