The entire staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean. (We had four rooms.)

It was extremely noisy in two of our rooms that were closest to the Turnpike but that was unavoidable. The breakfast was very crowded with kids so it was a little difficult to find a place to eat, but that was really no big deal. We could've gone to breakfast at a different time had it been a real big inconvenience. The hotel chain NEVER, EVER, offers us the little welcome packets even though we are club members.

The property was upgraded and has all new modern amenities like charging stations but it was the design and layout that came through. You could tell that they listened to customer feedback or held focus groups as there were adequate towels stacked in the bathroom. I had a double queen and there was 4 hooks for each person to hang his/her towel. The main console area was also well done. The center section held the TV onto top with cabinetry that hid the small refrigerator and pull out metal basket drawers to store clothing. Then there were two seating areas to the left and the right at an appropriate height to be a vanity or work desk. Each area had a wall outlet and then 2 outlets and 1 USB port built into the console. The right side also had a task lamp with an outlet as well. There was ample seating with an upholstered rolling chair and two ottomans. I appreciated that there were 4 full towel sets in the bathroom (towel, face/hand towel, wash cloth). I normally have to request for additional towel sets or event a complete set at some hotels. Standard size closet with iron, ironing board and hangers. Near the entry by which was quite generously spaced, there was an additional coat rack to store items apart from the closet. That entryway provided great space to store luggage as well. We were visiting for a dance competition and had space for the dream duffle and other luggage. I was really impressed with the thoughtful layout of the room. The beds were comfortable enough for hotel rooms, I’ve slept on worse. The free breakfast was standard hotel fare. We did like that their were multiple waffle machines and one was the newer individual sized waffle maker (4 small round waffles) so we could customize the number of waffles we wanted instead of making a large one and wasting food by not finishing it. Staff was very welcoming and friendly and there was also a concession area to purchase beverages, snacks and toilette items.

Very little. Only suggestion would be to move the phone from the nightstand to the desk. It’s a very small night stand and the phone takes up too much real estate which I think is better used for charging devices, storing your water bottle, and it’s very unlikely guests will use that phone during their stay. I just think it’s better placement by the TV area. Also, add 1 additional hand towel in the bathroom. Maybe it’s my family or culture but we don’t use the towel that we wipe our hands with on our faces. So having 1 dedicated towel to that would be nice. However, I know that not all people think that way, so I don’t mind requesting a separate hand towel for my family’s needs. 🥰🥰

The breakfast was amazing The staff was awesome.

The only thing I did not like was that the pool ran out of towels we went up to the front desk and asked for them they told us they didn't't have any towels. But as soon as the African-American woman went up there and asked for towels the girl at the desk handed her several that was the only issue I had. But I felt like the one girl that was on a night shift was prejudiced against us white people but was willing to give towels to the African-American woman.

The room was spotless clean and looked lovely.

I didn’t like waking up to hearing loud vacuum cleaner above me on 3rd floor at 8am and housekeepers banging into everything cleaning the room. The noise goes right through the walls. I heard a dog barking on and off too. Then they did not allow me to have a courtesy late check out for an hour after the lady at the desk took forever to answer at night time and then said they were sold out. Check in wasn’t till 3pm. I have never been denied a courtesy late check out.

We liked that fresh cookies were offered when we checked in, & the staff person at the desk was friendly & informative. Our bed & shower were great. We really appreciated the excellent breakfast buffet that was kept clean & filled by the staff member.

We were surprised that there wasn’t a comfortable couch or chair in our room, only two cubes & a desk chair. The cleaning lady opened our door without knocking to come into our room. We had forgotten to put the do not disturb sign on the door, & the deadbolt.

Room was pleasant; bathroom large and updated. (We appreciated some little things like nite-lite in bathroom, two small ottomans in the room and the appointments.) Room and property are kept up very well. In-door pool is very nice; breakfast is super.

Only one elevator which made access from 3rd floor to ground level a little time consuming.

I love the hotel and the staff. The room was perfect, great size for me and my friends, the beds were very conftable.

I didn't like that the bathroom door didn’t close completely, and it was very uncomfortable to use it because everyone could hear what you were doing in the toilet. We had to use the restrooms near the lobby instead.

The room was very very clean and that was appreciated. I especially liked the walk in shower, very spacious.

The breakfast was not the best. The eggs didn't taste like fresh eggs. We were traveling with 10 other people and after the first morning we all chose to go to IHOP for breakfast.

We were out of state to visit amusement park and needed a place rest the night. Very well maintained inside and out. Inside not only looked clean it smelled clean. My daughters loved the bathroom, lol…. Beds were so comfortable. Slept great for not being in my own home.

not a thing about the place .... just wish there was somewhere closer to the Six Flags Great Adventure Park to stay. This place is right off the highway so the travel time between the Amusement Park and here is only like 20 minutes
