Rooms, cleanliness and hospitality was good.

Breakfast options should be more or atleast should have some variety. Same breakfast for 3 days can get boring. So would suggest to make small changes in everyday menu.

The hotel and our room was very clean and modern. Very close to major roadways and easy to locate. The biscuits with gravy for breakfast was a first so that was nice.

Not the hotel's fault, but a nearby fire at a recycling facility resulted in a huge drop in water pressure due to the fire department using the main water line to tend to the fire. It made it so the toilet couldn't be flushed if the shower or sink was recently used. We were able to find this out only.because we contacted the front desk asking if the loss in pressure was normal. I think the only thing that could have been done different was just letting guests know when they checked in as a heads up.

The value was exceptional! The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect and well worth the cost of the room. The staff was in constant contact with us in regards to our stay and kudos need to be given for the front desk staff. Will stay there again next year when we are in the area again!

Only complaint....and small at that.... was it took 1/2 the day for the sun to hit the outside pool. In design the pool probably should have been on another side of the building. Trivia I know... but my only complaint.

Clean and bright. Lots of outlets for electronnics.

I hate the 11:00 check out time. The housekeeper (who was very nice) started trying to clean the room at about 9 am. She showed me on her paper where I was listed as having already checked out. Not the case. I was working and needed to stay until 10:30. I hadn't told annyone I was leavinng. When i clicked on thhe text link to let Wyndham know I was planning to chheck out at 11, the app told me "Thanks for Checking Out" without evven giving me the option to communicate my checkout time... as it told me I could.

Nicole and Tony and a young lady named Betty made me feel so at-home very friendly overall I have to say this is probably one of the best hotels I visited so far in the last five years

There was nothing that I didn’t like except for the breakfast. Everything was pork and I have a food allergy. I couldn’t eat too much during the breakfast, but everything else is fine. My kids enjoyed it. That was the best part for me.

1. The hot breakfast was delicious. 2. The pool was open and clean. 3. The room is updated, spacious, the bed is soft, cozy and comfortable, the TV was large enough for a double queen size bed room. 4. House Keeping daily. 5. The location of the property was great for eateries, gas stations and accessible highways. 6. Working AC.

1. The wall paper on the wall in one area of the room appears to be peeling of at the seam.(it’s not extremely noticeable) 2. The flooring look clean, I don’t see any dirt the room smelt great, however I accidentally found a empty Gatorade bottle under a chair and a door key from the previous guest beside the TV dresser.

Breakfast wasn’t that great but was free so I suppose it was okay. I expected a bit more though. Holiday inn express gives a much better breakfast, and free also Had a live roach in my hay room ewwwwh., which I killed, bathroom door didn’t close I guess it was warped, Disappointed to find NO Microwave in the room so if I wanted a midnight snack it had to be a cold one If you wanted a drink there’s no bar or lounge at the hotel you have to walk next door to the hotel there and have a drink. But all in all you really only use the room to sleep UNLESS you have your whole family there partying anyway it is what it is. Had a great time at the wedding though And the use of the lobby was very convenient with getting together BYOB and enjoying the family and friends there Gf Staff was very friendly They couldn’t be nicer And accommodated any request The pool was nice too Ice machine on every floor For Snacks you had to go to the lobby

No microwave in room

Room is spacious and clean, location is good, Quite at night, lot of fast food near by.

No coffee maker in the room. No coffee downstairs during breakfast. Once the container was empty they never refill it. I ended up getting coffee outside in a store. No body wash, only two little tubes of dove shampoo and conditioner not even for just one night of stay for two guests.

Staff is always friendly . The hotel is always clean It's perfect for shutting off the world and recharging with your other half .. or blowing off steam with a bestie or 2.. it's that far away feel a few blocks from home .my favorite place

I love everything about the place ,the whirlpool tub in my room, the big comfy beds and the free breakfast every morning .

I really enjoyed my room. It was clean and comfortable. I only stayed for one night and out early the next morning so I wasn't able to utilize more of the facility. The accessible areas were very well kept.

The one thing I did not like was being accessed an incidental fee of $150. The fee seemed excessive There was no prior notice that such a fee would be accessed at check in. It would be great to have this information presented when booking using different apps.
