The owners are absolutely fantastic - super friendly and exceptionally accommodating. I had somehow booked the wrong dates for our stay, and they were able to switch the days with no problem or charge. They also allowed us to park in the lot before check-in AND allowed us to remain parked there after we checked out so that we could enjoy the beach for the day. Great location for both the beach and boardwalk! I HIGHLY recommend Sun Shine Motel!

I love the location. The bed was comfortable. The bed was clean when I got there. The bathroom was nice. The balcony was a plus.

The TV didn’t work at first it wasn’t plugged in and the remote wasn’t working so I asked for brand new batteries and that didn’t help either but I didn’t mind because I usually watch my shows on my phone that was the only “oh okay” of my stay

Family ran everyone super nice! Room was super clean! Parking safe! Location can't be beat! Best prices.make sure you call and talk to wife owner she is so sweet!best motel in Wildwood for location and price! I read reviews the negative review were not true they were put there to hurt business .do not believe this is an awesome place! Before you book call owner and tell them you want them to know Tim sent you I send all my friends and family there and they always make sure the rooms are super clean and super nice!

Everything was great!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect to walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and other good spots in town

The main parking lot was a bit difficult to get out off when full. And their secondary lot is across the street which makes you cross a very busy road to get back to the building.

The location can't be beat. A block from the Wildwoods sign/boardwalk, quiet at night because we weren't right where the rides are, but I never felt far from where I wanted to be. I wanted a place to park my car and not move it until checkout. This was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was super friendly to me, my sister, and my kids. The pool was clean. The room was clean. The price was perfect. I was super happy with everything and will book again.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond for my special circumstances. The young man at the front desk is very knowledgeable and patient.

Perfect location 👌. Everything you would need is within waking distance. Marvis Diner, Mudhen Brewery, Dogtooth, Bagel time cafe, Kohrs ice cream and of course the Famous beach balls 😋

Room was clean, but could use an update. No frills room perfect for sleeping and showers 😴

The location was great. The service from the office people were amazing. Can’t forget the manger she was so sweet and awesome to talk to. Also the pool was really clean.

The maid staff needs improvement. Not ounce did they come around and clean or ask if we needed anything.. Only the manager did.

The property was great it close to everything, the property it’s self was fantastic the staff and owners were nice and very welcoming.. I definitely recommend this motel ! Will be staying here again :)

Everything was great!

This was an unpretentious, friendly, and clean place right near Wildwood beach. The proprietors are wonderful people who took the time to make sure that we found our way around and that we had everything that we could possibly need! The pool was clean and lovely, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. I would stay at this accommodation managed by Jackie and her family again any time!
