Location was great. Staff at the indoor pool were friendly. The indoor pool with the slides was a daily highlight to visit. Adam's Restaurant located on the lobby level had excellent food and service.

Elevators were slow, not reliable. Front desk clerks were not friendly. The clerks didn't even look up when you entered the lobby, no greeting and would not say a word unless you approached them first. Housekeeping only provided towels and replaced the liners in the trash can. The room was not actually cleaned and the beds were not made during our 5 day stay.

Everything at your fingertips at the North end of WW! Boardwalk right outside, with food few shops.. Beach entrances: the beach wasn't super far off to walk it, to rinse off of sand, porta potties on beach. Restrooms close by, -(it may have a bath house? I didn't get to check it out) Rent scooters in the lobby if you cannot walk the boardwalk. We had a larger balcony then most hotels we've been at. We were on the first floor room 103 closer to lobby and elevator. No smells of pets or smoking or molds or heavy cleaning products, I'm very allergic to these issues. It was truly a non pet non smoking unit we were in. -The whole resort is listed that way. My grand daughters ages 5 & 9 had a blast at the water park, on the 2nd floor There is a hot tub area and a toddler pool also. It had a jungle gym padded type area. They have little restaurant to get food and lots of tables and chairs. I saw there were restrooms there too. Staff at the entrance for supervision and lifeguards. On the 3rd floor, we enjoyed the rooftop pool for wading in, it was slightly heated only 4 & half feet deep max. Nearby were pizza & ice cream shops, one with mini golf- right off the boardwalk. Amusement rides at the Seapoint pier? - about 8 blocks down, but walkable not too far. So outside our hotel area a little bit going on, but heading towards WW more to do with more noise and excitement. This was a great location, esp for us older folks 65-74 speaking for ourselves. Going to bring my mother down who is 87 to this hotel, it will be doable for her. Thanks to staff that made our mini vacation a wonderful experience!! See you all again soon! 😁

There were a few stairs from the bottom garage area, but there was an elevator, can be a bit slow during busy times. There is a ramp outside also to get to the main first floor lobby from the boardwalk that's pretty much right there at the hotel & the end of the street and parking garage..

The restaurant attached to the hotel had excellent service and amazing food, the room overall was good for us we only slept in the room but the kitchen in the room did already have dishes and all for you to use which was nice, the location of the hotel was at the end of the boardwalk which we liked since it wasn't as loud and crowded with having a little one who needs naps plus the tram cart comes all the way down so you can just jump on to get to the center of the boardwalk and enjoy!

There is only one elevator otherwise the stay was great.

This was a nice stay. My family and I will be back to enjoy more quality time as a family. I loved how it was right on the boardwalk.

A lot of wear and tear to the room. We were in room 101 and the lock to the sliding door to the balcony was always a problem. I had a hard time locking it back up. Also I understand they only have free parking for paying guests for one vehicle, they should consider charging a fee for if family have a 2nd car there. Win if they can make some extra money

Tub drains weren’t dirty. You have to be 48 inches to ride the slides. my son was 47 inches and he couldn’t go down with an adult so that was disappointing. I think paying all that money smaller child should be allowed to be accompanied by a parent on the slide. It’s not the world’s largest or longest slide not much can happen plus they have to wear a swim vest anyways.

The room was great. Love having a kitchen with a regular sized fridge. The indoor pool is great. We were able to swim even though it was raining. The view from the room is beautiful. The walk to the beach is short. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms and felt extremely safe. The Air condition was the best.

The beds were uncomfortable. And I know you can’t control it now, but a couple more elevators would’ve helped.

Location was amazing

Staff refused to allow my kids to use the pool even though my one son was of age. No toilet paper. Elevators took forever, we had to take the stairs six floors every time.

When I went to use the pullout couch, there was a pair of broken sunglasses, popcorn, and nerds candy on the bed. I just didn’t use the pullout bed and slept on the couch.
