Spotless! The head of houses keeping, Maria was fabulous. She greeted us politely, friendly, and let us know to ask for anything we might need. We did, she gave us a chair to sit on instead of sitting on the bed. It truly had a family atmosphere. They have 3 hotels, 60 rooms cleaned to perfection every day. They changed our towels, garbage, and even linen if we would had asked every day. I made the bed every day, and they redid it to perfection. I haven't seen this done, not even in top hotel chains, since the end of Covid. There was free parking and an ice machine. Big fridge, too, and a microwave. Top brand name hotels are skipping the microwaves now. They are just providing one to share in the lobby, like Crown Plaza hotel chains. No dogs, unlike some many of the Wydnham chains, which I owned vacation points and rewards. Whoever gave the terrible review before simply was untrue. That happens often when guests are perfection about the minor things. I almost canceled because of that review. No bugs and it was spotless. One block away from the boardwalk on the side of where everything is going on. I did line dancing across the street and happy hour from 3-6 while we were there. There were two terrific Italian restaurants nearby, off from the boardwalk across from the Quebec, one of their hotels.

Nothing! All perfect! I love it. I felt like Maria, her husband, and the other housekeepers were family within hours.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very polite and helpful. We also received a 10% discount at a local diner, which was a nice extra bonus. Overall, great value for the price.

There were two things I didn’t like. First, the mattress was quite old and uncomfortable. Second, there is a bar nearby that plays very loud music until 2am. I understand this is not directly the hotel’s fault, but it did affect our comfort.

Front desk staff very helpful especially woman named Tony. Cleaning staff were easy to locate and request extra towels and pillows especially a woman named Alicia who was very helpful and cleaned our room as soon as we checked in. Requesting late checkout is an easy request as well.

When you get late checkout they don’t update your room key so you get locked out of your room at regular checkout time. Need to update keys when request is paid for.

The location was awesome, right off the boardwalk. The room was perfectly small for my husband and I. It was a beautiful room with a queen size bed, bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, AC and television. Pictures don’t do the room justice. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. I really appreciated the welcome package as well.

There wasn’t anything to not like about the Key West Hotel.

Location was immediately next to Boardwalk and beach. It also had a restaurant next door. I also liked that they gave a coupon book for things around the boardwalk.

The room was a little tight in space. The bed seemed a little too big for the room. However it was fine for me and my boyfriend for the weekend. The parking was also a little difficult as the two parking areas for the hotel go packed in quick.

Location was great! The staff gave us a bag filled with menus, discount coupons and had a board in their office with all the local happenings. This was great.

I didn’t like that we had 4 little kids and got both our rooms on the third floor

Location is ideal, very close to boardwalk and beach. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating. No issues with early check in. In fact went above and beyond to get rooms available for early check in

Personally for me was the fact that there wasn't a small electric kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, but other than that I could not fault it at all.

We couldn't order a better hotel. It's perfect for a married couple celebrating their wedding anniversary & it's only a block away from the boardwalk & the beach !!!! The staff is very friendly & always asking if we need any service for our room. I TOTALLY recommend this place !!!! This is our hotel to stay at every year.

Large refrigerator. Room was clean, Close to Boardwalk. Front desk worker was very pleasant, respectful, and helpful.

Sink was clogged on arrival (but staff responded quickly to fix it.) Room was small but glad we got a 2 bedroom room. 1 leaf on table was broken and lamp needed fixing. No elevator.

Very friendly desk attendent, very helpful with our questions. Very clean and close to the beach.

As soon as we would leave our parking spot, someone would take it. We kept having to park in other lots. I was uncomfortable with my car not being at the hotel. There were multiple cars in the lot without tags, so I don't think anyone was paying close attention to that. The people staying at the location should be able to park their cars there.
