The location is central to wildwood boardwalk. Walking distance to major attractions and beaches. The pools, both outdoor and indoor. If there’s a rainy or cold day there’s always an indoor pool option. Hot tubs, steam room, showers, Amazing gym. DJ entertainment at the pool. Poolside bar with food and drinks. On site restaurant with live music and karaoke. A few years ago the rooms were updated so they have a nice modern look to them. Nice charging stations with multiple outlets and USB ports for your devices. Wall mounted soap dispensers in bathroom. Room climate control. WiFi access.

The toilet was slow to fill. The tv was small and this time wasn’t a smart tv (couldn’t cast or use apps) but last year the room we got had a smart tv, so we were able to use apps in HD rather than the snowy analog picture. So some rooms have smaller older flat screens and some have larger newer ones. Small and rough bathroom towels. But these things are just nit picky and honestly aren’t deal breakers. Sure if every room had a 42” smart tv with apps and HD picture quality that would be awesome, but honestly we’re there for the pool, food, beach and wildwood sights. Just a nice to have for winding down at night.

The location is excellent. Very close to the boardwalk and the festival I was attending. The employees were very kind and accommodating. Everyone we encountered that works there is always asking if you need anything. Top notch hospitality! Could not ask for better.

I do NOT fault the hotel in any way, shape, or form. I understand we were there during a large festival and the only complaint I had was our young adult neighbors SLAMMING the hotel door, screaming out the window, yelling in the hallways, most nights until 2-3am. Parents, raise your kids better. The hotel doors make it difficult if you have mobility aids. It’s hard to get wheelchairs in without folding them up but we managed.

This was my first solo trip since my husband passed away and the Bolero did an amazing job hosting me. I stayed here right in the beginning of the season so it was very quiet. Being about a block from the boardwalk the location was exceptional for hopping on and off for food or entertainment. The hotel does have a restaurant and 2 bars but I really wasn't there for that type of entertainment. The room was exceptional and clean! I got a soaking tub and there's a TV in that room and it was the perfect set up for me!

The bathroom and soaking tubs are not updated like the rest of the room.

I like the fact that had an indoor outdoor pool and a restaurant. Let’s not forget how close it is to the boardwalk and reasonable prices . Great value for families .

If you have anyone in your party sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Close to the pool, be mindful that the bar is outside your living room window and they will party till two in the morning. I slept in the bedroom and I did didn’t hear any noise but my teenage son said he didn’t get a good night sleep because of the noise other than that perfectly fine.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The view out the windows was great as well. The jacuzzi tub in our room was great! We didn't use the pools but they looked very well maintained. The restaurant had a lot of nice options. We ate there one of the nights on our stay and it was definitely worth the money. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

There's only one elevator, so the wait was a little long if we were trying to go up or down with our beach cart, but other than that there were no issues.

Location. Cleanliness. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times. Also love The Tiki Bar atmosphere and DJ. We’ve used the gym and have eaten at The restaurant. It’s a fun place to stay. NOT Quiet and tranquil. Lots of family atmosphere on vacation. But that is okay. Life is what happens when you’re busy making memories ❤️ Love the Wildwoods.

The upgrade was wonderful to see! The room was remodeled very nice and the king size beds are perfect size.

I will have to inquire about a room on 2nd floor vs. 1st floor. Just preference. I've stayed here before and the surroundings on the 2nd floor was more comfortable for me. The bed was a just a little softer than I'm used to but because I was only there for a short time, it works.

I enjoyed the outdoor bar area and that they had TVs out there also. I enjoyed the food from the restaurant as well. The restaurant was clean, and I enjoyed the entertainment. The bar at the restaurant was nice and big, but it only had one bartender, and she was snippy. The front desk gentlemen were so help and great! I would have liked to use the indoor pool, but I didn't get a chance. Thank you, for a great experience!!

That the wait staff, for ordering and getting food, was so disorganized. They did not ask people if they wanted to order. They seem to enjoy doing nothing. I am sure there would have been more people ordering if they wait staff would have tried.

Got in on Monday afternoon the place was very busy once checked in the only bad part that you had to climb three floors to get to the room no elevator in this part of the hotel got to the room and it was huge two large beds a couch that was also a pull out bed so was very happy with the room It was right across from the Red Oak Buffet which was a plus they also have a very nice restaurant had brunch on Tuesday and breakfast on Thursday morning a friend came down to visit on Thursday and had dinner at the Buffet very good selection for one price all you can eat they also have a good breakfast menu too

The only thing was the motel part doesn’t have an elevator so if your on the third floor you have to make multiple trips up three flights of steps

Rooms were good and kids really liked the indoor pool

Place was a tad bit loud wish they had inforcable quite hours starting at like 10pm or something . My room was near a large opening and people were hanging , drinking and yelling I'm that area well past midnight one night.
