This property is exceptionally clean- you can tell from the minute you walk in the room that it's very clean. Rooms appear to have been updated- the shower has as well and it is amazing. The pool is also very clean and well kept. Location was super close to the boardwalk and convention center. It is a hidden gem and an amazing bang for your buck. The owner is a very wonderful man/ extremely friendly.

Everything was great- parking is tight, but that comes with the territory. Every hotel I see has the same issue. I would recommend letting the owner know in advance if you have a large vehicle- he will be more than happy to accommodate you!

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, warm and very clean pool. Utensils and pot provided. There is a coffee machine at the reception, very appreciated. The kindness of the staff is remarkable! Small suggestions: a broom in the room would have been practical since there is no cleaning during the stay. *Note that the hotel is located at the very end of the boardwalk;

The negative points are the parking lot and the rooms on the first floor which are directly on the parking lot, no balcony to hang our towels and swimsuits and difficult to relax outside! The appartment delux is for 8 persons, we are 7 and have only 2 chairs at kitchen table. We eat outside so it's ok for us, but not practical !

The location of the property was only a block and a half away from the boardwalk and a Dollar General across the street. They have a pool and a grilling area with plenty of seating for eating. The staff was always available if we needed anything. The property was clean and updated. We recommend Coastal Sands. We would go back.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about it, but a suggestion I would make would be to have a soap dish for on the bathroom sink and maybe a dish drying mat for washed dishes.

We really liked the location and how it was so close to walk to the boardwalk and to the beach or anywhere that was needed.

I didn't like that my room balcony view was a set of stairs in front and the one chair where you can see the street has a fire extinguisher behind it. The lights from the outside shine into the room the curtains where pretty but did not keep out the light a second shade would be nice. Parking is a little hectic definitely have to have a game plan to make sure you dont want to use your car or not.

Clean and comfortable, lots of beds, location was great. They did work with us (we paid extra) to check in early.

No handicap parking. The room was supposed to be ground floor but it had steps to get into it. Luckily my brother's room didn't have steps so we switched people around and we could make it work for a wheelchair. Did not like that you had to park so far from your room. No coffee maker!! The big room that sleeps 10 only comes with one parking spot. I had to pay extra to park a handicap vehicle around the block.

Staff, ease Of parking, location and property. Loved the picnic area with the nice propane grills overlooking the pool and the privacy of the pool. Fabulous service even went above and beyond when manager Was going home for the night but stopped To help me as

No towels at pool. Room was very clean and cute, but had an odd smell. Wasn’t enough to make me request a different room tho

1 of our showers wasn't draining. We stopped in the office and within an hour it was fixed. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly!

The only covering on the bed was a sheet. I would have liked a comforter or blanket also!

The room was very clean and modern. The shower was amazing. The front desk Associate was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in great proximity to the boardwalk. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the $200 hold on my bank card for possible damages. I wasn't aware of this until checking in

The staff was amazing, it was located 1 block from the boardwallk which was very convenient, there were plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area and stores and shops within walking distance, and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

The parking was a little tight but barely had to use my car based on the location.

Room we had was very small for what it was advertised as. We're later told it was the smallest room they had. Had to sit outside because was no room inside.
