Beautiful and Clean, Happy Hour was great. I love the closeness to the beach, everyone was friendly. The pool was heated and the chairs were really comfortable.

That little extras like yoga and beach chairs and cabanas and bikes are at a cost. 749.00 night or more should have some extras, pay the yoga instructor to give classes. Buy the property bikes and include them in certain packages. I think the beach chairs should be available to guest for no cost again included in certain packages. I also think that the suites which we stayed in should have a table with 4 comfy chairs and not 2.

The breakfast was excellent. Pancakes with blueberries were delicious but way too big. I couldn’t finish them. My egg white omelette was just right. The hotel proximity to the beach is the highlight. I enjoyed venturing into town to see the shops and the historical carriage ride. The shops prices seemed to be overpriced for a lot of items. The carriage ride was $60 for 15 minutes not including the tip. There are a few signs that direct you to leave a tip. The carriage ride is cute and it was nice to hear about some of the history behind Cape May.

For the price, I expected the room and bathroom to be larger. When the bathroom door is opened it almost touches the toilet. I also expected to see more complimentary deluxe items in the room like the coffee maker and a nice tea selection, a few bottles of still water and a nicer hair dryer to name a few. There was no hot water button on the coffee maker so I ended up warming it in the microwave and the tea itself had an unpleasant taste.

The room was lovely, clean and well appointed. It contains a two burner stove, and a decent sized fridge. We had a good view of the ocean across the street. The service staff was good, from the front desk to the bar tenders and waitresses. It has a bar and restaurant which is actually excellent. You walk right across the street to the ocean and have a nice view of the sunrise in some rooms. It also has a nice gym.

The sofa and chairs in the room looked nice, but were not comfortable. And for the price you pay, you get one shampoo, one conditioner, one make-up wipe, one small hand bar, and one small body wash. The TP was very thin. I get it, conserve. The shower is a rain head, so if you don't want to wash your hair, it's difficult to get under the water without a shower cap, which they don't provide. Also, the pool is very small, so I'd imagine in high time it would be cramped. 1.4 miles from the heart of town.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was small but gave a good partial view of the ocean. The onsite restaurant had special deals on breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday, and the food was always delicious.

The price seems outrageous for a simple double queen bed room with only a partial ocean view. I would have appreciated better instructions when checking in as to which elevator to use (there are 3, and each one gives you access to a separate section of the hotel. My daughter and I wandered around with our packed trolley for a while before we figured it out on our own.)

The double queen room is very spacious. Beach access is right in front of the hotel, beach chairs & umbrella included with hotel badge. Cabanas available & can book via text prior to getting on the beach.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The shower head is large & in the middle of the shower ceiling. I think it would have been better if there was a shower head that had options for stronger water pressure.

Great location near the beach!! Loved the chairs and umbrellas at the beach!! Front desk staff was very nice and helpful!! Quiet hotel.

The room was advertised as having a partial beach view. There was no beach view from the 2nd floor. Hotel is very pricey, especially for lack of a view and a non-renovated room in September. Housekeeping was not generous with towel replenishment.

The rooms are beautiful. The staff is helpful. It’s close enough to everything and on the water but away from town to have some privacy.

The restaurant. They dumped us in the restaurant. It was busy but no one even acknowledged us. Came over gave us a cup of coffee. We waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. We tried to get attention was ignored. Left and went over to another restaurant which was just as busy but got served quickly.

Cleanliness of the room was amazing. Floors and the shower.

his hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of Washington Street, making it easy to explore all the great shopping and visit Congress Hall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
