The location was great. The apartment was clean and exactly as I expected. We were given a little extra bonus of the option to park in the lot for the rest of the day if we wanted, which was very kind. The check-in info text was prompt and informative, and they were quick to reply when we had a couple questions. The rooms were set up well to house the number of people there. We would stay there again.

There were two drawbacks we saw, and they were minor. The bathroom was small and utilitarian. My littlest doesn't love taking showers, but we dealt with it for the short visit we were there. But it worked, and would be fine for an older family/friends. There weren't enough hooks to hang everyone's towels from their showers, let alone beach items, so either extra holds or a towel rack would be nice.

Basic, clean apartment with 1 full or queen-size bed, bunk beds, comfortable pull out bed in couch. We used the kitchen and it had some pots, pans, plates, utensils available. Location was good, close to different entrances for the beach. Parking was included and close by. Access to the apartment was good - felt secure with the codes. Make sure to lock apartment door before leaving, it doesn't lock automatically.

Too expensive ($800 for 2 nights) + extra fees for dog and late check out for a bare bones apartment. We booked it just a few weeks before our trip during the summer so maybe that's why it was expensive. Bathroom is small, and the labels for the water temp in the shower are wrong.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at the Garfield Beach House! Our group was there to attend a yearly event and opted for the beach house as opposed to a motel and we were not disappointed! Florina was amazing and Antonio was so helpful, what a great staff! The rooms were very clean and well maintained, the location was great. They were so accommodating, especially when it came to parking! Thank you for a wonderful stay, hope to see you again next year!

Communication between central with the employee, because I informed that I was going to take my cat, I paid for it and when checking out on the way out, they asked me to notify the next time, I didn't understand, they check my reservation and the payments that were made.

Lady in the front desk welcomed my family and I she was very friendly and always made sure my family and I were good.

There was kids in the third floor running and making noise all night long. Disturbed sleep other than that the property was nice and comfortable.

Location and outdoor space. This place had everything needed for a great weekend at the beach.

We loved it. The only thing we wished for was a couch in one of the rooms so we could easily hang out as a whole group in a space other than the kitchen.

I liked the fact their was minimal contact and simple when checking in, getting in and out of house, and checking out. Laid back and easy peasey. Great location. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Very handy

Great location, short walk to beach and boardwalk. Comfortable beds, ac worked well, quiet during our stay

Shower was extremely small, no shelving in the bathroom. I'm ok with no daily maid service, but a broom and dust pan would of been helpful, especially since we brought a pet. The floor was already sandy when we arrived.

We loved everything about it. Plus it's pet friendly. Close to everything including multiple restaurants.

I wish we would have had a living room, it was already rented though.

Listing said there was a living room but was told when I got there that two bedrooms do not have one so there was no place to relax with other people.
