They didn't clean the room

Extra pillows were available in the room. Staff was friendly. Convenient to beach. Good soundproofing in the room. We couldn't hear other rooms and couldn't hear all of the motorcycles outside.

Toilet was very low to ground. As a person with a knee replacement, it was hard to get down to the toilet, or get off of it. It would be perfect for an 8 year old.

Location! Near the Boardwalk, Red Oak Buffet and Hooked on Books! Parking was great, and the fact that there an elevator to every level made a wheelchair situation very easy! Having 2 completely separate bedroom areas and a 'kitchen' separated by an enclosed bathroom/sink area made different sleeping patterned peoples easy to not bother each other.

Early morning knocks on the door every morning to replace towels and stuff was annoying. Never got to sleep past 9 am. Frustrating if you had a late night a d wanted to sleep in, but at least you always had what you needed. 😃

The rooms were comfortable,clean and presentable. Location to the boardwalk was conveniently close and accessible.. I enjoyed my stay there.

I was disappointed about the advertisement on the restaurant located in front of the motor inn. The restaurant shown on your brochure was not only opened, but looked like iit was closed down for some time. I feel that this restaurant advertised should be taken off the brochure for this motor inn. Let the inn's reputation, good, fair or bad, stand on its own, for what it is. Not on what it had, which in my opinion on the restaurant that's out of business presently connected to this motor inn brochure, is indeed false advertisement. Thank you.

I love the location. It was only one block from the boardwalk and the balconies faced the boardwalk so we could see the fireworks and the lights from the rides at night. The way the room was set up. It gave us plenty of privacy and plenty of room.

Some of the things could’ve been upgraded. I do know that ocean salt air is hard on properties. They need steps coming out of the pool for disabled or older people. I had a really hard time getting in and out of the pool.

Its has an excellent view its in a very good location. Rooms are very nice.

The pool was not cleaned daily. The jacuzzis didnt work and kids took over and no one came out and said anything. Maids could do a little better job. No do not disturb signs are they not a thing ? It would have been nice for the restaurant to be open . There are not enough cups, plates , bowls or utensil’s for four ppl let alone more lets mot talk about pots and pans. Simple put they need to do better . You pay good money should get at least that much without having to ask for these things.

The location ws great and the staff was great also. Didnt have any problem's. The stay was great.

When we had to leave due to the fire alarm going off that If I didnt have the belcony door open I wouldnt hear people saying the fire alarm is going off cause there were no alarms in the rooms or on the balcony side. I would like to see getting another type of alarm in the room or on the other side of th bullding cause if you think about it if im in the room with the tv on and the windows/doors close you wouldnt known if there was a fire or not.

I loved the view. Stayed on the 7th floor you can't beat the ocean view. One of the cheapest hotels in Wildwood and the rooms are huge. I stay here all the time and never have an issue. The hotel isn't going to be immaculate or they would have to charge way more. No complaints. It's bigger and better than what's around them in that location. 2 elevators that worked. I also always bring my own linens for beds and my own towels.

Only thing I didn't like was reading the negative comments....lol. FOLKS, if you want the Hilton rooms go to the Hilton. Also, if you don't want to smell weed DONT go to Jersey duh. It's recreational so people can smoke as much weed as they want. Also saw people complaining about noise. Then don't go to the center of the boardwalk where all the action is. It's simple. Some of you expect a champagne room on your beer budget and it doesn't work like that. That's all.

Cockroaches found in room. Bedding wore out , had to buy pillows and blanket from ross to stay in room. towels were wore out as well. When I booked the room I requested a high floor with ocean view, when i arrived, they tried to put me on the 3rd floor pool level, not what i requested, I was there early and they were able to change the floor. Did not document my request. Not OK

Convenient to the boardwalk- 1.5 blocks away. Upper floors have ocean views from the balcony.

I wish the pool had another set of stairs to exit the pool. Currently there is only 1 ladder to exit and not the easiest to get out with back problems. Wish there was steps from in the pool out to make it easier for those with special needs/handicap make the pool more accessible to all.
