Extra pillows were available in the room. Staff was friendly. Convenient to beach. Good soundproofing in the room. We couldn't hear other rooms and couldn't hear all of the motorcycles outside.

Toilet was very low to ground. As a person with a knee replacement, it was hard to get down to the toilet, or get off of it. It would be perfect for an 8 year old.

Its has an excellent view its in a very good location. Rooms are very nice.

The pool was not cleaned daily. The jacuzzis didnt work and kids took over and no one came out and said anything. Maids could do a little better job. No do not disturb signs are they not a thing ? It would have been nice for the restaurant to be open . There are not enough cups, plates , bowls or utensil’s for four ppl let alone more lets mot talk about pots and pans. Simple put they need to do better . You pay good money should get at least that much without having to ask for these things.

I loved the view. Stayed on the 7th floor you can't beat the ocean view. One of the cheapest hotels in Wildwood and the rooms are huge. I stay here all the time and never have an issue. The hotel isn't going to be immaculate or they would have to charge way more. No complaints. It's bigger and better than what's around them in that location. 2 elevators that worked. I also always bring my own linens for beds and my own towels.

Only thing I didn't like was reading the negative comments....lol. FOLKS, if you want the Hilton rooms go to the Hilton. Also, if you don't want to smell weed DONT go to Jersey duh. It's recreational so people can smoke as much weed as they want. Also saw people complaining about noise. Then don't go to the center of the boardwalk where all the action is. It's simple. Some of you expect a champagne room on your beer budget and it doesn't work like that. That's all.

The location ws great and the staff was great also. Didnt have any problem's. The stay was great.

When we had to leave due to the fire alarm going off that If I didnt have the belcony door open I wouldnt hear people saying the fire alarm is going off cause there were no alarms in the rooms or on the balcony side. I would like to see getting another type of alarm in the room or on the other side of th bullding cause if you think about it if im in the room with the tv on and the windows/doors close you wouldnt known if there was a fire or not.

Cockroaches found in room. Bedding wore out , had to buy pillows and blanket from ross to stay in room. towels were wore out as well. When I booked the room I requested a high floor with ocean view, when i arrived, they tried to put me on the 3rd floor pool level, not what i requested, I was there early and they were able to change the floor. Did not document my request. Not OK

I loved the size of my room., I loved the views From the balcony. I loved the location. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot.

It could have been a little cheaper. But I know there's only so much time that they have to make their money. I didn't like that The hot tubs were off but that wasn't their fault. The parents keep kept letting their little kids go into the hot tub when they're not supposed to be in it.

The balcony was awesome, as was the view. The beds were very comfortable!

There were no cups anywhere.

The location is amazing! One block from the boardwalk - for Trump rally - and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Check in was seamless - the young man was polite and quick. Like other reviewers, the room is definitely in need of an update but it was clean, and that was more important to me! Pillows were so so but mattress was good. I would definitely stay here again. #TRUMP2024

The location is perfect! The view from the balcony is amazing! Watching all the lights from the boardwalk is the coolest part! The room is very spacious.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The floor was very sticky and so dirty. There is an eyelash on the lights between the 2 beds in the bedroom. Can’t imagine how long it’s been there or why no one ever wipes the back of the lamps. Very easy to spot but I’m glad I noticed it the last day while packing up. If you get room 401 look for the eyelash.
