The property seemed to be recently renovated . The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for me and my family and close to main attractions!

The parking wasn’t ideal, yes it’s free but there were only 10 or so spots that you could get into that were single spots. The rest were pull through parking and if you parked there you had to leave your keys with the desk so they could move your car when they needed to. Bathrooms were on the small side, toilet is between a wall and a sink and may be uncomfortable for larger guests.

The room was very clean , the room was very modern , the bathroom was updated and loved the stand up shower , the beds were clean, i liked that there was 2 sheets with a blanket in between and no duvet cover , the beds and pillows were very comfortable, i liked the lighting in the room and that the main light glowed in the dark so you can still see in the dark . I like the amount of drawers and space they give you for your clothes and belongings. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they also offer continental breakfast with many choices . This property was definitely worth it!

The only downside was the pool ! It’s small and there was lots of kids in the pool , making noise and taking over the pool , not much space around the pool for an adult to relax.

I liked having a corner room and being close to the boardwalk. The upgrades and improvements that were made since our last stay made the rooms look nicer.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved (under and near the bed, sheets not the cleanest). And one of the rooms near ours (room 18) had a very very loud and squeaky door. So throughout the entire night, all we heard was a very loud door being opened and shut. And with two little ones trying to sleep, made it difficult.

It was a clean room! The location to the boardwalk was great and was definitely worth the price! My kids really enjoyed the pool because it had a ledge around the edge so my youngest could go farther into the pool too!

When we turned the water on for a shower, there was a high pitch screech that was awful. The water pressure wasn’t the best either, but it did what it needed to do.

I have stayed at the Tropicana for many years and have never been disappointed. Staff has always been great and room has always been clean. This year the place has been renovated and the renovations were great. The Tropicana is so close to the boardwalk (literally two minutes) which is absolutely a plus.

There are signs posted asking guests to be quiet from 10pm to 10am which isn't always the case. This isn't management's fault by any means.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was wonderful. The hotel rooms were clean, the double queen beds were nice. Easy to park at the hotel and walk two blocks to the boardwalk. Such a convenience. Oh, complimentary water, coffee and morning muffins. We used the pool which was refreshing. Deep end is about 5 feet.

Incredibly friendly staff. The TV was a smart TV, so on rainy/lazynights, we were able to watch Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.They offer a small free breakfast of cereal, bananas, mini muffins, yogurt and toast. Which is nice if you have children. The rooms are small but cozy. You are 1 block away from the boards.

Yes, they offer coffee during their free breakfast. But I'd rather have a small machine in my room instead of waking up and walking to the lobby to get coffee. One small cup isn't enough, so you need to ether drink it there or make multiple trips for more. The bathroom is so small that the toilet paper holder is directly, and I do mean directly next to the seat. Only a toddler would be able to use it on there. We had to keep it on the sink, which is also directly beside you as you "go."

The pictures on the website were accurate of the facility. The staff were engaging and accommodating. They provided parking for their guests.

They provided continental breakfast. However the only thing I was able to eat was the yogurt due to my dietary restrictions.

Position of air conditioner. The constant flow of cold air right in the line of where you walk and the main area made it hard to maneuver in the room. Only complaint about the room

Inside room was tiny but clean shelves where hung poorly as we frequently put then back up. Outside the room, they left it glass on the stairs the entire stay. Trash in parking lot understairway never moved.
