Had beach tags for us, beach towels and cabanas, chairs, umbrellas, available golf cart driver to take us to restaurants and nearby shopping, pool towels, private balcony, and best of all Harry’s Bar and grill for breakfast, lunch and or dinner with live music and activities all day long. Right across the street from the beach. Free parking for the Montreal guests. You never have to leave the property if you don’t want to and there are plenty of shops, restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely book again.

The room was so much larger than expected, clean and comfortable as could be, just steps from the pool and the restaurant. The check-in office was really nice, and both of the Montreal employees I had the pleasure of speaking with were so much fun to talk to. Bed was perfect, comfy pillows, and they had an extra blanket, which is a real plus. The bathroom was all you could want from a bathroom, modern fixtures, very clean. I would recommend staying here anytime.

Beach tags were unexpectedly included with our stay, some balconies are connected directly to the rooftop at Harry's, our suite was unexpectedly like an apartment with a bedroom and a living room connected by a half kitchen that was supplied with glasses, plates, mugs, silver utensils, toaster, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. A sliding door separated both rooms. A/c was absolutely perfect. Clean and fresh and awesome ocean view.

Parking lot was a bit of a tight squeeze, pull-out couch bed was noisy.

I enjoyed my stay at the Montreal and will plan on another visit. View was more than I expected. I had a shared balcony with a north view. The room was more than I expected with a separate sitting area.

The room was cleaned the first night's stay but was not cleaned thereafter, even after placing the notification tag on the outside door handle "Away for the Day". Additionally something I may have missed in communicating with the Lobby, is that I did not get towels from the Lobby to use at the beach. The gentleman who cares for the beachgoers had explained that to me. So if you decide to go to the Montreal and use the beach there, don't forget to pick up your blue and white striped towels at the Lobby.

Our rooms were very modern and clean. The pool area was great with food and beverage service from Harry’s. Love that there was a golf cart with someone that drove us to wherever we were going to eat or shop as long as it wasn’t too far.

We wished there was sheer curtains to pull across the balcony doors because we were on the second floor by the pool and you could look right up into the room with the heavy drapes opened

We had an oceanfront room, on the boardwalk. Beautiful sunrises. The room was very nice, everything contemporary and clean. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking. Helpful, friendly staff.

Our room was right over the bar, very loud crowd and live rock band playing. Not a big deal, I think they stopped at 9 pm. Just not our vibe, we were tired from being on a boat all day. Probably a very lively location in the summer, if you’re looking for a quiet spot, this isn’t it.

The location, the hotel is directly across from the beach, walking distance to town. They have a restaurant and bar if you are interested in eating there

When I booked my reservations I had picked the room with a separate bedroom and sitting area, when I checked in I was told I booked a room with just a bedroom. It is nice to have a sitting area, I was disappointed that I did not have the separate sitting area. The hotel was full so they could not give me another room.

Fun place, nice room

The toilet in my room 403!!!! The toilet was an elongated one, but for some reason, there was a standard seat. Every time I used it was cold porcelain and unpleasant. I didn’t bother to complain since we were there for such a short time. I figured it was too much of a bother. Between having to obtain the part and fix it, I’d be in my room waiting for the repair so it wasn’t worth it.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good size overall. I liked that there could be two separate rooms. Right on the beach. Kitchenette was nice to have. Bathtub was nice when having my child with us.

Could hear so much of the other rooms , talking , toilets flushing. Hard to sleep with that going on. Would love to have had an extra latch type lock on the top of the door due to the proximity of the bed to the parking lot.

Great location. Could walk to alot of places to eat and shop. It was so convenient to walk to the beach and have the resort set you up with 2 chairs and an umbrella included in the cost of our room.

We had a room on the patio with entertainment with our own table. We didn't get served at our table but had to go to the bar for service.
