The staff was very accomodating Especially Daniel. Cleaning , maintenance and attendants were very responsive, on site and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained. Ample seating and lounges at the pool. Elevator brand new and fast. Our particular unit was well appointed yet warm and friendly for family fun. We were thrilled with Central air whoooohoooo not the loud window units.

Pool closes at 7pm. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property although it was explained to me that this is a city ordinance. Not necessarily a negative but just letting others know.

Extremely friendly and kind staff. Very clean establishment. The views are amazing at this property.

I didn’t like to check in or check out times. They were gracious enough to let us come early for checking in. Too late a check in time and too early a check out time for the price. Also owner of condon may want to update the living room furniture.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice location with a short walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions. Nice pool area and the whole complex was clean and taken care of.

Since years we stay with Roman Holiday Resort and I can only say. We love it. Just a cross the street to the beach. Parking included. Pool /BBQ area Perfect size of apartments Lovely staff !!! Ready for the summer.

Staff is always very friendly and facility was nice.

Room needs a new coffee pot and frying pans were like tin foil. Also pullout bed is VERY uncomfortable. When you are paying $3000 for a week you expect high end accommodations. Room needs to be updated.

Loved the location. Property was clean and quiet in the evening.

I wish checkout could be changed to 11:00. The current checkout process for 10:00 didn’t give us a lot of time to get ready and check out before hitting the road.

It was clean, modern and right on the beach.

Room was a little small. I know it was a studio when I booked it, but it was smaller than expected. And the shower was just a stall. I didn’t like that one bit.

No breakfast included.

The checkout time of 10:00am was a bit challenging. I really do understand the need to request guests to leave early but perhaps 10:30?

The king suite was very nice and comfortable with the ocean view. Very happy with the room.

The poolside 1st floor room needed updating. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Price was too high for being uncomfortable sleeping.

proximity to beach and it had a heated pool, outside rinse off shower. coffee pot, frig, oven and microwave!! place was nice, bathroom was redone and beautiful!! assigned parking was the top of list of favorites!! thank you!
