clean and comfortable

I didn’t like the $15 per night parking fee, I feel that it would be fair to charge for a second parking space if needed .

The location is phenomenal, just on the boardwalk and practically on the beach. The staff seems very nice and the pool was an added plus!

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom that seemed to keep respawning. I know it’s to do with the moisture in the air on the island, but it did seem like they were coming through the wall near the AC unit. Also the chrome cast didn’t work, but that was no biggie since the regular tv channels did

Very clean and all new bedding and linens. Nice comfort in room with mini fridge and microwave. Our pet was welcome so I was happy 😃 that they had this service

parking is a bit of a hassle because sometimes They didn’t have a parking spot. I was told they are expanding in early June 2023

Friendly staff Really clean and well maintained. Location to boardwalk

No elevator, all stairs. Only Maid service, room done up, before and after your stay. Parking fee. Needs a couple more outlets

Facilities were clean and centrally located

The comforter was more like an oversized paper towel. Ac unit struggled to keep room temp but the fan helped. The parking was limited and a bit unorganized

Location was great being right on the boardwalk

Not enough parking. Room stated ocean view with balcony. My room faced the street and balcony was walkway to all the rooms.

The hotel was great! So clean and we had a really nice time! The staff was so nice as well.

We had to pay for parking at the hotel. Never had to do that before in wildwood.

Beautiful remodel, 2nd floor deck was gorgeous. The staff was friendly and professional, great location. Beach walkway right next to hotel, pool area looked very nice. Quiet neighborhood.

Key card stopped working on day 2, TV turned off randomly, ac stopped working twice (restarted unit both times and it came back on) and wifi couldn't hold connection. They just opened recently and there was still some construction going on so hopefully they'll work out the glitches. Steps to the rooms were steep and narrow, difficult to carry luggage. Walkway to the 2nd floor deck was very uneven and could be a hazard.

Everyone was beyond nice, accommodating and exceptional with their customer service. There were some hiccups but everyone was SO nice about them and they even gave us a free upgrade for the mix-ups!

They just opened so we knew there might be some hiccups. We were given keys that didn’t work, then got them working and it was someone else’s room by accident!! We got it all corrected- their system double booked a room and they gave us a free ocean-view front room upgrade and were SO nice about it. A second thing was our room didn’t have any soaps… but we didn’t ask for any after we saw- just for future note!
