This review is actually for Beachside Resort. My room got moved from Sunset Beach Hotel to Beachside Resort. Karishma was friendly and helpful. As I was upset she was patient and kind and explained everything. She ensured that I had everything that I needed. Every time she saw me, she said hello and asked if she could assist with anything. Her customer service was top notch.

My original reservation was for sunset beach hotel. I was concerned that I would not make check in with traffic. I called the hotel and the manager told me that my room was moved to a different hotel. That I was selected for a free upgrade. While the upgrade was nice and to a much nicer hotel, I am still upset that this change was made WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME! In attempting to understand this the manager at Sunset Beach Hotel was rude and hung up on me. I had friends staying at Sunset Beach Hotel and the manager not only gave my friends the new hotel information but also my room number. How is that okay!?!?!

I loved the amenities. Everything was just enough for what you needed. My room came with a tv, fridge, and stove. It wasn’t a long walk at all. The staff was always trying to help and was so understanding about everything. I love the way it was run and had an amazing time at my stay. Abdul was the one to check me in and he made sure that my trip went perfectly while also making sure we had a good connection, which I think is important when you’re staying somewhere.

This might actually be on my end, but I wish I knew about the security deposit. It was never an inconvenience, but it was a surprise. I’m not sure if I just missed it though.

We recently stayed there for a wrestling tournament and I have to say for the money spent it was well worth it. If you are booking a room for $100 a night you need to have appropriate expectations so I went into open minded. The rooms look newly painted and even had nice crown molding. Bathrooms were also remodeled and very clean. The water pressure and hot water temperature were AMAZING. We left the cars parked all weekend and were able to walk to everything we needed. Front desk was great. Only needed help once when my son locked us out and they quickly got us a new key. We will definitely stay next year again!

A small table in the room. There was a chair in the back corner but no table. Our friends had a table but no chair. Just something small to make dining in room a little easier so you aren't sitting on the bed eating. Other than that everything was great.

Beds were very comfortable! And they had cameras on the property! Susan was one of the staff members and she was awesome! AC was so powerful we had to turn it off sometimes. The view from the second floor was really good and comfortable with chairs at every room.

Had problems getting TV to work... once they came and fixed it....you couldn't turn it off or change volume... seems like problem with the remote. The door lock in our room 214 was unable to be locked from the inside. The office was informed.

I loved this place rooms where amazing definitely recommend and will book here again. You’re very close to the boardwalk and for the price it’s worth it. The service is quick and showed us to our room and parking. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are nice. But the parking spaces are slightly tight. Besides that highly recommend.

Parking spaces are tight but the environment from the hotel when I stayed there were some other people in the hotel were making lots of noises and running around late at night they didn’t stop till 4am.

The room was decent, here's the problem: There was NO MIRROR in the bathroom. How can I plug in a hairdryer and do my hair with no mirror on the wall. I had to sit at the desk and move furniture around to plug in a hair dryer/flat iron. I have never seen a bathroom that had no mirror on the wall. Ever. Outside of that, great location, one block to beach, affordable rate for a last minute trip to Wildwood. Staff super nice.

The first night i.got there my remote didn't work and the young man that checked me in brought over a new one. He showed me how to work it. Everyone I met was very friendly. The housekeepers were extremely helpful since my niece was not feeling well.

The only thing I didn't like is the parking. I didn't mind leaving my keys, it was how other cars parked so close to mine and I couldn't get in my passenger side.

It was so convenient with everything near no need to drive, everything was in walking distance!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly to us on our stay!! The owner Abdul was extremely sweet along with his other staff as well!! I recommend this hotel if you are visiting wildwood!! The room was so cozy and neatly decorated!!

When we arrived we were greeted by Mr. Abdul. He was very nice and helpful. There was no issues with checking in and only took a few mins. Our room was on the 3rd fl. At first i didnt think id like it, however once we got to the top, the view we had was nice. We were near the corner of the building on the side street and had a perfect view to the boardwalk/ocean. Our visit was for a function held at the Convention Center. This being our first time in Wildwood, we picked a great hotel as it was literally across the street from the center. There is parking on the property. We stayed for two nights so overall it wasn't bad.

One thing that was a downfall was the size of the room. It was small and tight; with the two beds dresser/fridge holder there really wasn't much room in between. The bathroom i had to use with the door open. I dont like tight rooms and felt a little closed in. So sizing was really the only issue.

Location was great for our needs! Very clean and well maintained. Staff warm and welcoming!

I came very easily and before the season opened full of fun, I will have to make my way back to see everything in fun summer swing! But that’s more a me problem then anything else! I have nothing bad to share about my stay!
