The location is amazing! The staff was so accommodating and nice. They don’t bother you at all; as long as you follow the rules. The rooms were pretty decent sized. The only complaints I would have is the shower had no pressure. Ours made a crazy noise. Other than that, it was great! We would definitely stay again.

Showers and blankets

Good location, kitchenette was adequate. Pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. First floor room was definitely convenient. WiFi was excellent. Easy check in and check out. Drop box for key at check out was a plus. The beds and bedding were clean, comfortable, and good sized. Complimentary Keurig coffee maker was nice. Pots, pans, utensils, and silverware were clean and adequate. Refrigerator was clean and adequate. Daily updated towels,washcloths, and room service were great. Air conditioner worked well and was easy to adjust. Location was convenient to beach, boardwalk, Church, and shopping. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and nice people.

There were dirty areas in locations behind the night table. Tile floor was cold and hard. However, tile is easier to keep clean at a beach location. The electrical outlets were inconveniently placed, and too few in number. A TV with WI-FI we could have casted to with our computer would have been nice. The parking spaces were very tight fits more suitable for compact cars.

Staff eas great. Beds actually comfy. Kid friendly for sure. Super close to boardwalk. Easy parking. Also they are very strict with unauthorized people on property and underage hotel booking. Very safe.

Lack of outlets in room. Floor wasn't the cleanest. Kids running around up and down walkways past all rooms being loud. Yes I get kids r kids they can be loud but it was for extended time

A block and a 1/2 from the boardwalk.And one of the ride Peers... Is five minute walk from bars and restaurants... Clean friendly suburban neighborhood... Never felt I was walking around in a shady spot even once.

Nothing... Nothing sucked... Is parking was a little tight but Hey at least they have their own parking lot.

Perfect little motel for me and my 2 kids. Block from the boardwalk, and beach. Local pizzeria across the street. Pool had a perfect fenced in area for young kids (daughter is almost 2, she loved it!) Perfect for the price!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here for the BFCMF and it's been great! We will be back next year!

The only thing I don't like is having to walk to the sister hotel for ice.

The owners were very attentive. Any time we needed anything they responded quickly. And the beds were really nice. Everyone knows how important that is!

Loud Hot air conditioning units outside rooms (exhaust side), made it hard to hear each other

Room was clean and spacious for the price. The grounds were very well maintained. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We decided to stay over one more night that was unexpected and they were MORE than accommodating!
