The location was close to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. I enjoyed that it was like being a part of a tiny community. They have bikes you can use and each house has its own grill. The staff was very kind and constantly checking in. Management was very easy to get a hold of if needed. It didn't feel like being at a random beach house or hotel but rather a mini home. We truly enjoyed our time and hope to be back at the Hen House soon.

It can be a little noisy if you want to sit outside at night but that's expected since it's so close to everything. Some of the windows don't have blinds or anything to block other views, you can see right into the other houses.

Beautiful home with lots of space. It was fully stocked with everything you could need (a drawer filled with cooking spices, even!) so it was not stressful when we realized we forgot to pack something (a hair dryer). Wonderful property, would recommend to absolutely anyone.

There’s a mirror next to the bed in the primary bedroom that was off-putting. The bed in the primary was not comfortable.

Hospitality was Outstanding! The whole house was Excellent!

Needed more blinds in certain places of the house: Ex:Upstairs hallway and bathroom.

It was beautiful and beautifully decorated. The beds were extra comfortable! Huge comfy bath towels. Super clean. The owner was friendly. It’s walking distance to the beach, convention center, restaurants, and other things. It would be GREAT for family reunions!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this property.

Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful place, and so much attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again! One of the best places we have stayed and I have stayed in many rentals. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and two blocks from the convention center.

It had a secluded feeling and was very nice looking. Had everything you could possibly need and then some. It was very clean and housekeeping was there daily.

The houses are brand new and pristine. The fixtures and appliances are top notch.

This is the second time I have stayed at a Hen House and the second time I could not get a ceiling fan to start in a bedroom. The lack of window blinds is confusing. Hello neighbors!

No breakfast. Keurig Duo in 1883 House. Bring your own brew! There were k-cups, but bring your own flavors. Liked the 25.00 Voucher to Mud Hen Brewing Co.Be sure to try the Smoked Wings! Awesome!

Perhaps the pool. Not available in off season. LoL!

Everything was beautiful and clean and the staff was wonderful! Location was great as well.

The curtains could be darker since it's very bright in the morning but really everything was terrific.

Clean and brand new house/property. Housekeeping and groundskeepers were fantastic. Lots of amenities, close to activities, comfortable and spacious
