Loved the close walk right to the beach. Loved that rooms were cleaned EVERY SINGLE day . Loved the cleanliness of the resort. Love love that you can rent bikes AND chairs for the day ! Love that they have a list of activities to do with your kids / families right at the counter .

Did not like that there is no cooking space . Did not like the uncomfortable bed . Did not like that we would set temperature to 65 (as low as is could go) and temp. Would read 72-75 at night making it very warm to sleep in some nights.

I love the atmosphere how everything was set up and how yhe guest was catered to. All needs and wants met. This couldn't be accomplished without your friendly staff. The room Thanks comfortable, access to the pool and beach really meant alot to me. I was able to enjoy both. . Thanks for making my weekend so perfect I wish I could stayed longer. The shuttle to the Broadwalk was perfect we didn't have to worry about having to move the car and forget it able to get there and return without any worries. I will love to return back next year. Thanks for making my stay so perfect I will never forget it.

Friendly and helpful staff! Very Clean! Free shuttle to boardwalk, free bikes to ride, free beach chairs to use! Beautiful and well maintained beach! Everything was excellent except the parking. Very tight and close. Had overflow parking area but that was very full also.

Only complaint was the parking. Would have been nice if pool was opened later than 9pm and if check out would have been later than 10am.

Rooms are large; very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Close to restaurants and caters to lots of families. You can communicate with staff via text for amenities and they are one of the few hotels that make your bed every day! You will love it!

Parking is tight, but apart from walking on the beach, you have the option of taking the shuttle to Wildwood. The shuttle is available from 9:00am every hour. From wildwood, the last shuttle leaves at 11:30pm. One elevator that is small, but it is nice to have the option to use.

The room was very clean and updated, beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of room for a family of 5 -queen and full bed in bedroom, and couch pulls out to a bed with 2 large TVs total. There are towels at the pool, plenty of seating at the pool. Can borrow beach chairs from the pool area to take to the beach. The walk to the beach isn't far and it is less crowded since you are further down the boardwalk. There is a shuttle that will take you to the boardwalk entrance at the convention center.

Maids did not clean our room on one of the days, condsidering the high nightly cost this was very disappointing. Don't bother buying snacks at the front desk...as we checked out my kids grabbled 4 ice cream bars, I asked them to just charge to the room and it was over $18 which I didn't know until after we left. Wish we had known about the shuttle on day 1, would've saived a lot of money on parking

The room was very spacious and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. The staff was very accomodating, especially the shuttle driver who went above and beyond and dropped us off at out locations instead of at the convention center. Each time we needed a shuttle he was there within minutes. The resort was sold out the weekend we were there and you would never know- it was so quiet and peaceful that you forgot entirely that you were in Wildwood.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The parking spaces were small, but its understandable due to the size of the block.

The room was clean and comfortable, with 2 queen beds and a queen foldout couch. The foldout was surprisingly comfortable! Staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a little small, but other than that the room was good for the 4 of us. The heated pool was a huge bonus. We were there during the approach of Hurricane Erin, so the surf was rough and the weather was cool and cloudy/rainy. Having a heated pool was fantastic.

Our room overlooked not only the pool, but we gad a gorgeous ocean view! The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate and the shower had terrific water pressure!

The price, but to be fair, prices have risen exponentially in Wildwood and Cape May.

The place is absolutely beautiful. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We had a balcony, and there were two chairs outside the balcony. The view was another beautiful building huge across the way. I believe it was condominiums, but it was very quiet and didn’t see anybody. There is no food served just so you know. There are vending machines and a little gift shop and there was coffee every morning that you can have. The staff is very friendly and very kind and the place is very clean and beautiful. We brought a lot of our own food as we knew there was no breakfast being served. We drove so we were able to bring a cooler. There are however many restaurants around. There is a fridge and coffee maker in the room and there is TV and wifi. The bed was extremely comfortable and because we had our adult son, there was a pullout couch, but we didn’t realize it was in living room at the time of booking, I assumed it was 2 queen beds-my bad for not paying attention. This place is right on the water. Out the back door and there’s the beach was definitely worth the money. They were closing next weekend so I would assume that has something to do with the quiet I believe. I don’t know what the rates are for the summer. The beach alone and also the area are enough that we want to go back, simply the softest sand ever.

The fact that they didn’t serve continental breakfast was a bummer but there are plenty of restaurants around.

The room was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Beach access was right outside the door. Mahalo provided beach chairs and also offered bicycles to ride. There were foot and rinsing sprays accessible by the beach entrance/exit. There were portable restrooms on the beach. The hotel had a lovely pool, lounging space and towels. There is a wonderful relaxing area, on the second floor, with comfortable chairs overlooking the beach. There are chairs outside the rooms so you can sit outside your accommodations. Coffee is provided in the lobby each morning. There are snacks available for purchase, which is super convenient. Ice is available in abundance in an easily accessible area. The cleaning and check in staff were helpful and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the water heater was on the other side of the bedroom wall. It was very loud and cycled on and off during the night. I was in an end unit, so I'm sure I would not have heard it, if I had been elsewhere. Other than that, everything else was great!
