Location. Beautiful new facility. I love the outside fire pits.

Very stringent check-in and check out policies. If the room is available early, why charge for it? The younger staff needs a little bit more training in the front desk.

Right on the beach and loved how they supplied chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Some of the rooms had more up to date appliances than others. AC could not be controlled by us.

Hotel room had kitchenette and separate bedroom which was really nice. Pool was large and temperature was warm which was perfect since it was chilly while were we there. Was nice to have access to both hotels in the resort - Ocean Tower and Royal Tower. Shuttle service was great - not having to drive into Wildwood and pay for parking was great! Resort also provides beach chairs and umbrellas!!!

We were in the Royal tower and did not have individual room temperature control. We were told that at the time of year we were there (end of May) that the only option was air conditioning. You could somewhat control if it was high, medium, low, but could not put the heat on. Also, had to ask 3+ times for someone to come help us with our main tv. Ice machines were broke, however, hotel did have ice in coolers for personal use. Pool attendant at Ocean Resort was super strict- would not let kids play with balls in the pool or kids in the hot tub (which was not hot- more warm). It was not super crowded, so no reason the kids couldn't have fun.

Everything was amazing, from check-in to check-out. The pool was spotless, and the staff constantly walked around the resort cleaning. We loved how family-friendly it was. Rooms include beach service with chairs and an umbrella; the location is excellent, set away from the noisy boardwalk but not too far to get to.

The only thing I would change is that the mattresses on the sofa beds were very uncomfortable, even for a child, as you could feel all the springs. It would be great if they put foam toppers on them. However, housekeeping went as far as to bring an additional mattress, which was amazing service; we ended up not needing it, though, as we put sheets on the couch and my son slept there as is.

Very nice. Clean, heated pools, shuttle service. It has a restaurant, food truck at one of the pools. Beach access with chairs and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and shower was nice. BBQ grills on property. Lots of seating outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and some of it was covered. We had 1 problem with a television and maintenance was right on it. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained. Hopefully, we will return this year!

Be aware of the step down when you first enter the room.

My sister and I had the nicest stay at The Madison Resort this past weekend (March 29th-March 30th, 2025). From parking, to check-in, to the adorable pink telephone booth, to the room, to the location, to the bed, to the robes, to the shower, to the comfortable furniture, etc. We felt very pampered at the Madison. We would not want for anything more. Whoever designed the rooms, I would like to meet them and thank them personally. Such nice touches throughout the entire property. My three sisters and I hope to return in September. We cannot wait!!

I liked the size of the pool and pool area. The DJ's kept everyone entertained. It was nice to have the shuttle service and not have to move our car (the drivers were very nice). I liked that there was a place to buy something to eat on site and the large outside eating area and I liked that there was a park accross the street with bike rentals.

I did not like that there wasn't a local grocery store or deli to walk to. I also thought the pool water was a little too warm.

Beautiful restoration. I felt like I was in Miami Florida. Very artsy and hipster. I really like what is being done to restore some of the historic hotels in Wildwood. Very safe at night and quiet. The pool and spa were very relaxing. The rooms are well designed and very clean! Bed was super comfy and fluffy pillows. Very quiet for sleeping. Sitting room is a very nice addition. I love the ocean and try to get to it when the time is right and the temperature rises! Beach was very nice, the sand is soft like cornstarch and water temperature 71 degrees in October.

I needed a break from some Debbie downers I worked with. I told the property ahead of time and they tried I am sure. However one snuck in to interrupt my swim and warn me not to enjoy life and I know that won't happen again. Very uncool to stalk someone on their day off. I guess next time I have to like call the fuzz in. Once may be a coincidence, however the 2nd and 3rd time, that's very lame and it's harassment.

Went on the off season so very quiet. Accommodating and friendly staff. Clean. More spacious than most places I have stayed in the Crest. Love the outdoor fire pits.

A little more balcony space would have been wonderful but thats not common in motels at the shore. Have to move to let guests or cleaning staff pass by. Better to use the patio/pool area for outside leisure. No space to put away clothing.

Such a cute hotel! Teen girls loves it! The vibe and the decor was adorable. Free towels, beach chairs and umbrella set up was great!! Right near the beach. We had breakfast at the restaurant, and there is a snack bar at the pool, hot tub. Night vibes with fire pits was so nice. Rooms were clean and decorated so cute! Valet parking FREE. Lots of photo prop areas for the girls. Lol. All around great place. Not your normal beach hotel. Will definitely stay again.
