Very clean, owner and staff pleasant,appliances maintained,closet to put your things, backyard seating in beautiful garden setting with fountain. Quiet at night. Would go back again.

Not much space in bathroom for toiletries. No countertop. Had a little shelf so had to bring things in and out but managed. Cabinet in our efficiency for dishes was very high. So had to put under sink when using instead of above.

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and all appliances worked. Great location 1 block from the beach, about 5 minute drive from boardwalk, cafe accross the street served breakfast and lunch, pool was very clean and decent size. Prices seemed pretty decent for early July.

Could use some more modern upgrades to bedside lights, shower head, A/C unit but everything worked.

The location was perfect! The room value was great and the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. Our tv screen died at 10pm, I called the front desk and they were immediately at our room trying to troubleshoot it. After only a few moments, they had brought up a brand new tv and had it swapped right out for us. We were so appreciative, especially at a late hour. I wish we had been able to stay another day and gotten to try the pool. It looked great!

Everything was perfect. The owners are hands on making sure that my stay great. I booked months ago and have recently had back issues. My reservation was for a second floor room, and as soon as she noticed my cane, she gave me a 1st floor room within a few feet from my car. Other places I've stayed either would not accommodate me or wanted to charge for an "upgrade". Great WiFi signal. Though there wasn't time to go, the beach is a little over a block away. I've stayed at many beach town hotels/motels and by far, these folks were the nicest. A welcome change from the snobbish staff at other places I've stayed. They are family friendly by making it a non partying atmosphere. There were families grilling, enjoying the pools and just soaking up rays.

Like many beach hotels, check in is after 4pm and check out by 10am. I was about 30 minutes early, but they checked me in fast and easy.

The location was perfect ..2 min walk to the beach and a close drive to boardwalk...but I love how clean they keep the motel. The pool was perfect as well as the staff. I would most definitely stay here again. Very nice place.

The rooms were very clean with a lot of updated features in the kitchenette. The beds were comfortable with nice clean sheets. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom was very clean.

When we first got to our room there was water all over the floor and table. The owners came right away and found that there was a leak in the room above us. They quickly stopped the leak and dried the floor and table. We had to wait a while to bring our things into the room and with four children that was not easy. The owners did their best to clean things up and make sure we were comfortable so all was good.

The owners are very friendly. The room and grounds at their motel are extremely clean and maintained. The pool is exceptionally clean as is the outside shower area and restroom.

Family decided to join us last minute and the motel was able to accommodate us at a larger room (with extra fee). Also allowed an extra car in reserved parking for a fee. Our room faced their picnic/grill area which also has a cute blue water fountain. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchenette had all essentials and there was a full size fridge. The ambience was very family friendly and relaxed. The pool wasn't so big but it was clean. I would stay here again and would recommend to my friends.

I would've liked a comforter. The beds and pillows were comfy, but the bed only had a flat sheet. There were fleece-like blankets in the closet but I always like the fluffy feeling of the comforter. There was a Keurig coffeemaker but no pods, there was no tissues in the room and one of the TVs had no signal.

Not a new facility but the place was spotless and very well cared-for. It's very clear that the owners are serious about pleasing their guests. Beds very comfortable. Thru-wall room air conditioner worked very well. Bathroom very clean. In-room fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker are nice touches. On-site large outdoor pool, which they cover at night. One block from the beach, if that's what you're going for. Friendly, helpful staff. Seriously, no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
