The facility was clean, the beach is near. The pool is very clean and has everything to have a pleasant day there. Additional - the barbeque is near so you can use it any time you need it. The staff is very helpful and does everything to make your stay pleasant . All beds are comfortable and you can get good night sleep. Between 10pm and 10am they have quiet time and works well when you have small kids with you. The restaurant is on the ground floor - so early in the morning you can have your coffee.

The rooms are a little bit outdated. The refrigerator is old(working), but old The sink did not drain the water properly(after we notified the management it got better) - it should be check before guests arrived. We should have a suite with sea view according to the reservation - we got suite with pool view

I loved so many features about this property. I loved the location it was quiet, safe, and pleasant. My room had an amazing view of the pool, boardwalk, and even the beach and ocean. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of room and pillows, I love pillows and always need a lot to sleep with. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. The list goes on and on.

Only complaint is there wasn’t a blanket for the pull out sleeper sofa bed but we always take our own blankets so it wasn’t a big issue.

Room was ideal for 2 people, enjoyed pool deck area overlooking bike path and beach.

Street view room, but we were through booking.com , and 3rd floor-next time will get pool level. Elevator needs updating, broken tile at entry is trip hazard and no ac. We had horrid breakfast, french toast (?) on the thinnest bread I have ever seen. It had to be leftover frim previous day, unable to cut it was so ‘ petrified’ and crunchy-like over reheated in microwave. Waitress was nice enough, she knew it was “ off” but served anyway? She did hen bring “ fresh” order but again, it had to be half as thin as regular bread. Himefries were dried out/reheated with no taste. Last time we’ll eat there. We’ve eaten here annually for years. Not again, very disappointed in quality.

We loved being on the third floor, perfect ocean view, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom shower had the best water pressure ever! The gentlemen at the front desk was very kind, and helpful, made us feel welcomed.

Everything was great, we didn’t dislike anything.

It was clean and very well maintained. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Excellent shower pressure. And the location! - right on the beach! Beautiful views.

The elevator wasn’t working

The location and the room was exactly what we were looking for a family getaway. The kitchenette had all necessities (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cook top, sink, and cookware and dishes, etc.) This place was a great value.

The location of the room was on a busy corner of the hotel. The chain lock wasn't working

The location was great. The staff were kind and very eager to assist. The pool was large and great for kids.

The Sink in bathroom was very outdated. The door to the room was hard to open.

Close to beach and sunrise, moon and beach are visible from property. Beautiful sunrise early morning. Walking distance from Boardwalk and Sunset lake. Room has upgraded stainless steal fridge, which is good for huge family.

Restaurant was not good and very few options. Elevator was not working. Rooms looked old and needed to be painted.

I liked the cleaness and how the staff explained everything to us when we arrived.

They didn’t provide towels for the pool area nor did they have a bathroom by the pool. I also think they should have a life guard at least part time by the pool. the pool is very deep for kids

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a full size refrigerator and mini kitchen area. Sofa bed was fairly comfortable and we had a view of the ocean.

The elevator was slow, small and looked run down, however, we just took the stairs instead since we were only on 2nd floor
