Attention to detail by the whole staff as well as the availability of the management team. Location was chill and low key but accessible to everything in less than 10 minutes. Rooms were updated and comfortable. Lovely area outside of the pool to grill and eat or just sit in Adirondack chairs and watch the ocean. Full kitchen was so helpful for our family. Pool was clean and so refreshing. Lots of chairs around the pool to use. Love that the hotel provides tubes and beach balls to entertain the kids. No complaints! Would stay again!

Nothing! Easy access to the beach, paved boardwalk as well as beautiful playgrounds in both directions along the boardwalk. Safe neighborhood. Nice part of the beach-put your stuff down early and enjoy the rest of the day!

The facility was clean, the beach is near. The pool is very clean and has everything to have a pleasant day there. Additional - the barbeque is near so you can use it any time you need it. The staff is very helpful and does everything to make your stay pleasant . All beds are comfortable and you can get good night sleep. Between 10pm and 10am they have quiet time and works well when you have small kids with you. The restaurant is on the ground floor - so early in the morning you can have your coffee.

The rooms are a little bit outdated. The refrigerator is old(working), but old The sink did not drain the water properly(after we notified the management it got better) - it should be check before guests arrived. We should have a suite with sea view according to the reservation - we got suite with pool view

The pool and room were very clean no carpet which was a worry for me. The staff was great. The owner even came to our rescue when our truck wouldn't start. He went out of his way to jump us and get us back on the road in no time. We WILL def be staying there again next year.

The coffee wasn't great but that's an easy fix.

Staff is great- room was very clean, the kitchen was nicer than expected and the shower was heavenly!! Wish I had that water pressure at home! Beds & pillows were comfy and the pool was great. Beautiful view of the beach and easy walk down to the boardwalk. Air conditioning was excellent too.

The management was excellent. The housekeeping staff were very kind. The other guests were very kind. The on-site restaurant has a great staff. The rooms are clean. The view of the ocean from the third floor was perfect. And the cost was even better.

I like everything about this establishment.

I loved so many features about this property. I loved the location it was quiet, safe, and pleasant. My room had an amazing view of the pool, boardwalk, and even the beach and ocean. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of room and pillows, I love pillows and always need a lot to sleep with. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. The list goes on and on.

Only complaint is there wasn’t a blanket for the pull out sleeper sofa bed but we always take our own blankets so it wasn’t a big issue.

We loved being on the third floor, perfect ocean view, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom shower had the best water pressure ever! The gentlemen at the front desk was very kind, and helpful, made us feel welcomed.

Everything was great, we didn’t dislike anything.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It had a good location near the beach and the boardwalk, the pool was very clean.

Room was ideal for 2 people, enjoyed pool deck area overlooking bike path and beach.

Street view room, but we were through booking.com , and 3rd floor-next time will get pool level. Elevator needs updating, broken tile at entry is trip hazard and no ac. We had horrid breakfast, french toast (?) on the thinnest bread I have ever seen. It had to be leftover frim previous day, unable to cut it was so ‘ petrified’ and crunchy-like over reheated in microwave. Waitress was nice enough, she knew it was “ off” but served anyway? She did hen bring “ fresh” order but again, it had to be half as thin as regular bread. Himefries were dried out/reheated with no taste. Last time we’ll eat there. We’ve eaten here annually for years. Not again, very disappointed in quality.

It was clean and very well maintained. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Excellent shower pressure. And the location! - right on the beach! Beautiful views.
