The room was exactly as pictured. Very nice by Wildwood standards. It is located "on the beach" which means there is a bit of hike down to the water as is most of Wildwood. Beach access trail is right by the property. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We got there early and they took our number and then called us as soon as the room was ready. We were able to go down to the beach and enjoy the ocean while we waited. The pool was very nice and clean, a bit larger than some in Wildwood and a welcome refresher from the beach heat. The room was comfortable, beds were ok. Bathroom is a little small but adequate. Couches were nice and the pull out was ok as well.

The a/c unit is a bit loud and struggled to keep the room cool. I have had worse in Wildwood so I would not count this against them too much.

Kitchenette. Big refrigerator, The location is pretty good, Nice size room with two couches, two TVs, The place is clean, nice pool and upper deck , had a lot of covered parking and staff was very,very nice and helpful.

Really did not have anything that you call bad. Minor stuff,, Oh yeah, bring your own toilet paper,, the stuff they have you can read a newspaper through. 😆😆. If you're going to cook your own food bring a can opener,a pot or maybe your own frying pan. The one burner was broke on the stove but they said it would be fixed. I wish they had a bigger screen TV and a smart TV because we subscribe to sling TV. We had to watch our recorded shows on a laptop. BUT WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN 👍👍👍

The location is close to beach and boardwalk. Short drive to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacies like cvs and Walgreens. Staff was wonderful, so helpful. Pool is big and 11’ at deepest end. Ping pong tables were a plus. The rooms were clean. We will be back.

We got our room last minute for a very good rate through booking. But the room was very small as well as the bathroom. It is sufficient for two people, but any more than that would be tight. The room was on the street side, so it was a little bit noisy, and the blinds did not completely cover the window. There really should be a room darkening blind or curtain on them. There was plenty of parking, but the spots are so small. It’s impossible to open your car door fully to unpack. We would request a room on the other side of the building next time.

Our room was really small not having been there before we assumed all rooms were like the promo pics on the web sight…. Ahh no! So before we left, we wanted to book our next adventure with at the Crusader since we had such a grand time there for one of the rooms that are pictured in the promos, which would’ve been oceanfront, but sadly they are all booked up for that weekend we wanted.so we need to go elsewhere unfortunately 🥴

The hotel was well staffed and every employee was polite, friendly, went out of their way to be helpful. They were professional and hardworking! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Hotel was clean and well cared for. Daily maid service kept our room clean and stocked.

Parking. Though each unit was provided one free parking spot, the spots were very tight and it was tricky to open doors to get in or out of your car. My car door did get a ding in it while parked in the parking garage 🙁

We stayed at the Crusader over Memorial Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised how close to the beach we were and that it was only a 15-minute walk to the Boardwalk. It has a nice clean outdoor pool that is well-maintained and provides clean towels and lounge chairs. Our room for a family of five was just right with two queen beds and a pullout couch/bed in the living room. Our room also had many of the towels folded into adorable flowers and a great view of the beach/shore. Parking is available right around the building as well as on the street, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One night, there was a very heavy rain storm. Since our back door was facing the beach, some water crept in through the bottom of the door. We were able to stop the leak with towels and called housekeeping who provided a door guard that soaks up water in case it happened again. For the price we paid, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Location of the hotel was perfect for our family who went to the beach everyday. The staff was so friendly and we LOVED the text service after the first nice. My family likes to use their own blankets and the hotel got us more after I asked via text!

We were a little disappointed that the pool closed so early in the evening. Our teenage girls were hoping we could swim at night when we got back from the boardwalk but the pool had closed at 7pm.

Staff is very friendly, always attentive. Facility is always kept clean and organized.

The rooms on the street side need a little work. The air conditioner is so close to the beds that they blow right on you and makes it uncomfortable. The refrigerator make a humming high pitch noise that got a little annoying but tolerable. This is me knitpicking because this is our favorite hotel and we love it so much. We got this room last minute on booking.com so you get what you get.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful. Traveling with two young boys having a playground so close was great too. The pool was clean and our entire vacation was great. Another big plus was having the restaurant on site with good food.

Nights were cool. I pulled out a blanket to use one night and it seemed to me it needed washed. The blanket probably could be replaced, next time I will bring my own.

The location was excellent - immediately across the road from the beach and a short walk to the famous Boardwalk. The hotel's cafe was also excellent for breakfast. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and there was lots of information available about the surrounding area.

Larger crockery and cups - the bowls, cups and plates were very small.
