Upon check in, Kelly and Tom were very helpful and accommodating. We had two different bookings and they merged my reservations into one stay, in the same room. Our room was pool side and on the ground floor. It looked like it had been recently renovated and was very nice. Our room was clean and had the perfect amount of amenities. The lighting was great and there were plenty of outlets. This unit included a small coffee maker, coffee, microwave, fridge and television. WiFi password is printed on the room key sleeve. We had never stayed here before and liked it so much we would like to return.

As mentioned the room seems like it had been updated recently. A couple more wall hooks, in the bathroom, would have been helpful. Maybe one on the back of the door. The room lighting was good, but having a light, by the wall safe/clothes hanger area, would have been appreciated.

The property is so clean and everybody is so friendly. I love it here.

I can't say anything negative. If I had to improve one thing I would say I wish the parking spots were a little bigger because it is very tight parking and if you're not a tiny person, it would be hard to get out of the car without damaging it lol

The location was ideal, loved the ocean view! The place was super clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The room itself was wonderful and super clean, but the bathroom was a little tight. We had a suite with kitchenette & living area with sleeper sofa and a separate bedroom with two full beds. It's definitely a fantastic place to stay and not a deal breaker by any means, but we just wished there was a little more space in the bathroom.

I loved everything about it. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. The other guest we're friendly. It was very clean, we had a little kitchen area with a bedroom. Awesome view of the water. I like everything in general. Very family oriented.

Heated salt water pool with a water slide my kids loved. Very friendly staff, front desk open 24 hrs a day. Facilities were updated, clean and comfortable. Great value for location. Would stay again.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The property was very clean. The pool was small but very clean and does the job for a hot summer day. The boardwalk and beach is next to the property. Also, plenty of places to go eat nearby.

Always enjoy our stays at the Fleur De Lis. Everything about them is geared toward the guests comfort & enjoying their stay. From Tom at the front desk to all the staff, they are friendly, polite and so helpful!

I loved that the efficiency had everything I needed, including items I didn’t even think of having. I loved that they had a toaster, two choices of coffee makers (a drip coffee maker and a single pod coffee maker). They included cleaning cloths, drying towels, dish soap (all got replenished with each maid service). We even cooked scallops in the room and made pasta and I was suprised to notice that the smell didn’t linger. I was also impressed that the towels and my wash rag was not wet the next day. Things actually dried when you hung them In the room. Each room was very cool with the air conditioning (sometimes you don’t experience that at the older motels). I liked that it was not loud and the guests respected each other. The beds were comfortable (especially the pull out couch). I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and amazing staff! They even had a parking pass for us to use since our truck didn’t fit in the spaces at the hotel (normal for wildwood). We usually walked to the boardwalk and only needed the car when we loaded or unloaded the vehicle. In that case, we pulled the vehicle around front to load and unload. I loved the sun deck! Nice seating with umbrellas and comfortable chairs. I have zero complaints!
