Location is great .very close to both dog parks and Dog Beach ..the staff.. particularly Kat and Kate were awesome and were very friendly to my dog Gypsy .. our room was great .. 1st floor perfectly shaded .and provided great cover for sitting outside during intense sunshine and T-Storms ..the pool was heated and warm 😁. And there IS an ice machine ..

Not much to complain about really .. ..the area around our front door COULD stand a good power wash . And the bathroom was very small .. but I’d rather have more room space than a bigger bathroom lol..the WiFi didn’t Work too good inside the room..(my son’s input 😝) which has been typical in every motel I’ve stayed at in Wildwood ..

The room was large and clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfy though soft. The parking was on the property, and the location was very close to the boardwalk. Pool was fun and was open until 10, perfectly reasonable time as the kids were gone by then, and most people were in their rooms. I only saw the main staff when checking in, but she was lovely and let us know our room had the router in it, so we'd have great signal.

The reviews about the water being either hot or cold are true, parking is very limited so if you have more than 1 car, someone will have to park on the road. The third bed is in the main living room area of the room and not a sofa bed, which was weird but not the end of the world. The pool is kinda small but was big enough for 7 of us to be in there and have room to mess around. The TV remotes in the living room area didn't seem to do anything, so we were changing the channel via the tv itself... we also kept bumping into the tv when passing it before we just shifted it out the way so it was safer

Staff was awesome to my kids! The room was standard but very clean. The Motel grounds were fairly kept up! The pool/pool area was very clean and up to date. Parking was good! Cannot complain for the price! I would stay here again! Most things to do were within walking distance. Lots of things to do in the area!

Wish they would at least offer a simple breakfast! No Internet in the rooms. (Had Wi-Fi outside and by pool area)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole facility is very clean. The rooms are small but they are very clean as well and the beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic and felt very safe. The price was reasonable for a music festival weekend. Very easy access to the boardwalk and beach.

I wish the pool was open later than 6pm. It doesn't leave any time for adults after the kiddos have gone in for the evening. 10pm would be much better for adult visitors on vacation.

The pool was very clean as well as the room. The staff was extremely friendly and very courteous. I also like that it was pet friendly so I was able to bring my two guinea pigs. There was an issue with the TV and the microwave not working, but it was taken care of as swiftly as they were able to. I would definitely stay there again.

The beds could have been more comfortable. Other than that, it was a very pleasurable stay.

The price was phenomenal. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The woman who checked us in was so nice. The pet fee was really not bad. It was a little extra but it was like 50 bucks total for 5 nights. Very pet friendly property as well. Most guests had dogs with them. We had the 2 bedroom family suite. There were 2 actual bedrooms plus a need in the living room and a couch plus a fully equipped kitchen. The location was about a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach which was perfect for anyone who wants to be able to walk to these things and leave your car at the motel. We will def be back.

The kitchen was mostly equipped but we did have to buy a few pots and we bought cheap plastic dishes to use. All cost about 35 bucks but it was worth it to have the extra stuff because we were cooking for 6 people each meal. We gifted the pots upon leaving. The only other thing to say was the pool closed at 8 pm which meant we didn't use it during our stay. Being out and doing all the cool stuff Wildwood has to offer meant we came back late so it would have been nice to swim a little later in the evening.

The owner upgraded me to a Deluxe Room when I got there, so rather than the two bedroom smaller room i'd expected, i wound up with two full bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bed and couch in the living area too. It was far more space than I could have ever needed, but it made things very comfortable, and let me have some variety in sleeping areas. The room was what I would expect for a Wildwood motel. It had been freshly cleaned, and the shower looked completely new. The AC kept things cool the entire stay, though I only utilized the fridge and microwave during my stay, both of which were fine. For the money and location, this was a great place to stay. I came during the off season, so most of the place was empty, and it was very quiet, but my understanding is the area can be much louder when it's during peak season in Wildwood. Wifi also worked fine the entire time I was here, and was an unexpected and great bonus. The location was fantastic. I've got a knee injury, so getting around is difficult for me, but this motel was two short blocks from the beach access, and Sam's pizza on the boards. I never had any problems getting around, and my trips back home were smooth and safe each night during my stay. I've seen mixed reviews on sites for this hotel, but I don't believe it's fair to judge them due to rowdy customers, or compare this to a condo. This was very much the shore experience I had as a kid, and lived up to every expectation I had on arrival. I booked this room as a spontaneous decision last moment, and it served it's purpose great. I'd only met the owner once during my stay, but she was extremely nice, and I have no doubts that had I any issues, she'd have taken very good care of me.

I have a pitbull that is pretty large and she is really people or animal friendly however staying in the suite we only had really 1 room we had to worry about. But it went great with zero issues and we will definitely be staying here next year

There really wasn't anything that I disliked. I had a wonderful experience at the white caps and the staff is amazing

.Fantastic location! Small walk to both the dog park and dog beach! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel right at home. We visit Wildwood twice a year, and White Caps is always our go-to spot. Highly recommend for pet lovers!

I took my fiancé and their younger siblings. We had an amazing weekend stay and trip! I couldn’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be back. We met Theresa (sorry, if misspelled) upon arrival, and she was super accommodating and kind! We immediately felt comfortable and the room was super clean/readily available! Absolutely no bugs (which we’ve seen at other hotels in Wildwood around the same price range) and our room has a jacuzzi which was an amazing addition! This location was so close to the beach/boardwalk, which made my disabled fiancé have a much easier time getting around! Thank you!
