It's in a great location with incredible staff who go out of there way for you.

They have some weird policies related to debit cards I've never experienced. I've stayed here twice, using the same card. The first time I had no issue; they charged me for the room and a small incidental hold as usual. The second time they placed a $250 hard charge on the card and then refunded it a week later. Stayed in many hotels using this card, including this one, and never had this happen. Staff were great. That, however, soured my second experience.

The property was clean, well maintained and quiet. The staff were welcoming and friendly. There were a lot of breakfast options. The location was convenient, easy to get to restaurants and stores in the area. The wifi was fast and worked well. Overall I was very comfortable here.

I have no complaints about the hotel.

We always feel the breakfast time could be a little longer as when we’re on vacation we get up a little later. We did however enjoy that there were breakfast items available when we’re came down 15 minutes before it’s closing.

This hotel was much nicer than we thought it would be when we booked the room. The facilities including exercise room, pool/ hot tub, breakfast were all very good.

Wish there was a fan only setting in the heat/ cooling system in the room. No drinking water or cleaning supplies for exercise equipment. Wish breakfast included plain or cheese omelette.

Rooms were nicely clean and the pool was well cleaned. The receptionist Marisol/Maribel was very welcoming. And the night receptionist guy was very helpful as well.

The morning receptionist girl kinda had a attitude. I didn't say nothing cause people have their days. So I let it slide.

Location, staff and cleanliness are fantastic! The breakfast was way above hotels with this price point.

The only opportunity for improvement I see is a need for pet pooping area with the little baggy station.

The desk clerk was amazing when I checked in. I actually made the reservation for a day later than I needed it. He honored my reservation for the same price even though it was my mistake.

The room was great, the property was clean and safe, and the staff were lovely.

If anything, the breakfast was a little meager towards the end of the time (we got up kind of late).

There weren’t many restaurants around except for chains and fast food.

The hotel and the room were clean. The room and the bed were comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Price was somewhat high for this property. It is right across the highway from the very active BNSF railroad tracks and you will be woken up by trains 2-3 times a night.
