We liked best the pool and the size of the room

The bathroom was very small and the floors of the bathroom were not clean

Room was quiet. Breakfast was fine, good and hot, attendant friendly and working hard.

No tea bags in room (with full kitchen); only coffee. One coffee mug was not particularly clean. Went downstairs to get tea. "Hot water" was not hot at all. Desk clerk somewhat indifferent. Room has a lot of ambient light; needed eyeshade!

Room & indoor pool were great. Loved the mini kitchen area in the room, Great for families. Located in a great area in the town of Clovis, NM. Next to food, Walmart & Starbucks. Clean facility all around and 24 hour front desk! Breakfast was good, waffles were delicious.

A little more effort should go into cleaning the rooms,, especially vacuuming the rooms and having available bedding for sofa bed in room. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there was a bunch of trash and dust where under the sofa is. After seeing that, made me feel a little iffy of the cleanliness of the entire room.

Front desk staff when we checked in was exceptional. Room amazing, clean hotel, and prompt service. We would have to rate it as the top of hotels we have ever stayed at.

The only thing that was not exceptional was the breakfast. It was not kept stocked. Couldn’t get the things we wanted and bacon was under cooked.

Need to have someone at the front desk at all times. We tried to check out and waited for a while for someone so we could checkout and return cards/keys. Other people were also waiting so everyone just put the cards on the desk.

Front desk peson acted like t was a bother to check me in plus was not at front desk when I arrived and had to wait 5 minutes before she showed up with no conversation except "checking in"

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and for breakfast they had a good variety of choices to pick from.

We did have an issue with the air conditioner but when we let the staff know they took care of it right away.

Very nice

The fireworks that people were setting off in front of the hotel. Hard to fall asleep and scare our dog we had with us. Was a little confused about our room not being cleaned when we requested it.

The large window to look out of, wonderful bed and pillows, great breakfast, pleasant staff. I loved having so much space to spread out my things, and the very large TV and couch.

Great place, clean and quiet. Staff is amazing. We never eat at those "free breakfast" hotels. Did this time because the choices were amazing and the woman running it (Sonny) was one of the best employees I have ever seen at any establishment. She deserves a huge raise.
