The location was convenient for us as it was 10mn from our grandson who we were visiting before his military deployment. But the fact that the train tracks are just across the road from the hotel and that the trains whistles for a close by crossing woke me up three times during the night.it didn’t bother my husband though.

Apparently the hallways are not vacuumed daily as some pieces of papers remained at the same spots for the three days we were there. We arrived at the hotel exhausted from our long drive and after showering went straight into bed without checking the sheets like we normally do.The next morning as we opened the sheets to ventilate we noticed the bottom sheet has grey stains and a few small blood stains. We complained at the reception desk and the bedsheets were changed.

The room was very clean and so were the hallways. Breakfast offered some hot foods. The location was perfect for our needs. When booking online, we were informed that there was no crib available, so we were able to be prepared with our own pack and play. The room was spacious and we were able to comfortable fit the pack and play and still have plenty of room to move around. We stayed in a standard king room.

The pool was a little too cold.

Breakfast was great for the price paid for. The lady serving was great, pleasant and very welcoming to the area. Greeted every guest as they arrived. Always quick on replenishing the empty trays.

I notice that the lady preparing the food was also doing lobby maintenance i.e.,.. cleaning, mopping (handling the water bucket and mop). I did not see her wash her hand and maybe she did it in the kitchen room (if they have a sink), but could you remind if they're serving food, to please wash their hands before serving/prepping food. Otherwise, it was a great and the lady was nice. This is nothing negative on her performance. She was very welcoming to all customers.

The staff was outstanding. Our vehicle broke down while on the way to Clovis and what was supposed to be a long weekend ended up being a week long stay. They did everything they could to help us, make sure that we were comfortable, accommodated, and taken care of. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very, very comfortable. We make an annual trip to Clovis, and we will be sure to stay again.

Housekeeping should have offered to take the trash and offered clean towels every day.

The bed and that you had the extra blanket in the room,

That they put me clear down on the very end of the room when I asked that I wanted the bottom floor because I am handicap for my feet have trouble walking long distance if I got second floor at least put me closer to the elevators that was the only thing I didn’t like that they gave me the room that was cleared on the other end of the floor and not close to the elevators .

I love that the reception are very nice. went out their way to help me out with my three-year-old and get him. Milk. had lovely conversations with them. night time. I'm not a good sleeper, so just to get out the room and know. That's someone's there to help. I appreciate it.

And no complaints the breakfast was a little powdered eggs taste like and the gravy was watery

Quiet peaceful clean

Asked the front desk could I get someone to bring clean towels and clean bedding and change trash but was told no one was there to do it and I had to wait until the next morning but I could come get both…unacceptable since I was there for two nights ..I didn’t even sleep there the second night I went to my boyfriends hotel ..Housekeeping should be available upon request

Best hotel bed i’ve EVER slept in! I recommend Sleep Inn to ALL my friends and family. Really yall should raise the prices!! haha. But for real, where’d you get those mattresses?

Staff was amazing. Especially the night shift, Shawna. Absolutely adored her. So helpful and friendly.

Beds were a bit stiff. But otherwise amazing experience.
