Quiet, super clean, price

Air Conditioner wasn't on in the room upon my arrival and I decided to go work elsewhere for about 90 minutes to get the room cooled down before I could actually lie down and rest. Weather was so hot, it is understandable, but it did take considerable time to cool off the room. However, once cooled, it stayed nice and cool all night. I travel to Clovis twice a month and will stay here when I do travel. I will, however, call ahead and ask staff to turn on the a/c to the room I will be in prior to my arrival to resolve this issue.

Newly redecorated and wonderful shower facilities, designed towards physical restrictive person. Easy in & out shower. Great beds made for comfort. One story building so no stairs at all. Right on main drag of town,

Entrance is easily missed, so watch closely.

The surrounding area seems to be sketchy. But the Asian restaurant blocks the parking lot from being seen out side.
