The breakfast was good. The only problem was is that the spoons, and forks were out. The syrup bottle was empty, and the the waffle iron needed to be sprayed because all the waffles were sticking and only one half was cooked the other was full of air. Could not find anyone to help went to the front desk, and help was sent very quickly

When we first got there I looked in the bathtub and found a plastic cover on the shelf indicating to me that the bathtub had not been cleaned correctly

When we checked in after driving for 12+ hours the little gal at the desk was so sweet and helpful. The TV in our room didn’t work so she found 2 rooms and let us choose. Awesome customer service!

At the entry/exit door away from the lobby area there were about 5-6 younger people hanging out, smoking. It was kind of nasty walking through that so we entered and exited through another. Maybe a smoking area away from doors would be better.

Quiet and comfortable which is amazing being so close to the interstate and a 24hour gas station. They accommodated our request for an upper floor for a more quiet stay. No elevator unfortunately but we can still pack our luggage one floor. Decent breakfast and nachos and cookies in the afternoon!

I did not like the bathroom at all!! The lighting around the mirror was awful. Very dark. Might as well not have it on. It went all around the mirror but was awful and no counter space! The faucet was took close to the back of the sink! Terrible bathroom 😝😝

I was advised they couldn’t find my reservation so I made a 2nd reservation and when I checked it was assured it would be cancelled. I was charged 2x for each reservation and have not received a refund as of yet. Very disappointing

Breakfast was great! One of the main reasons I stay here when we go to little Vegas. Pool was warmer than usual which was a very nice surprise! Enjoyed my trip and will stay here again for the fiesta's

The lock on the door was broken. Not safe for a special needs child.

The staff (Loretta) was awesome, very friendly and professional. Helped me change rooms to better accommodate me and was super nice about doing it!

The fact that the “robbery” occurred next to my room. Kind of scary.

The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable! The breakfast was nice and hot was very good. My daughters enjoyed the late night swim and the hot tub!

At breakfast ran out of milk so maybe consider restocking the milk. A bit pricey for one night but we were very comfortable.

Great front service support. Arriving late and not wanting to go get food, staff provided nachos and yummy cookies. It was a delight.

There was a big stain on the carpet on the room. There was a pungent smell around that area. Not very pleasant, but tolerable.

checked in -first room already occupied ! had to get another room with no king size bed. only second floor- requested first. was given a 2 queen close to door happy now.

shower floor noisy ? creaked like it was broken.
