The staff was very efficient and courteous. The room was very clean, smelled great and was a great size for my needs. There was a small issue with the light bulb strobing, and the staff took care of it right away. The breakfast was great and different entries every day. I loved having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.. Coffee was also available all day downstairs. Housekeeping was very accommodating and gave me extra supplies as I needed them (coffee, cups, towels). I will definitely stay at Hampton Inns. The picture is from my window, a double rainbow.

Everyone is so helpful. I was in an emergency situation, and I was treated with compassion. The breakfast was incredible and the housekeepers know what they are doing. The lady at the front desk (I'm sorry I forgot her name), was so nice. She even gave me ranch dressing at 10:30pm when McDonald's forgot my sauce. I checked out only to find myself in need of a place to be for a couple hours to wait and charge my phone. I was welcomed back and sat in the cozy lobby. If I need to go back to Lordsburg overnight I will only stay at Hampton Inn!!!

The staff is incredible—kind, helpful. Super safe and clean location with good lighting by City Hall and the Police Station/Fire Department. Great place for solo and female travelers to stop on a long trip. Breakfast was amazing and Rosa is just like having a grand mother take care of you at breakfast.

Some remodeling happening but it did not interfere or cause a problem at all.

since rooms were being upgraded on the same floor, the floor or carpet was pretty dirty, should have the contractors clean up and run a vacuum cleaner 2-3 times a day and for sure before the quit for the day, yea the floors were dirty and an eye sore. not what i Paid for

After 13 hours of driving needed stop for the night on I 10. Hotel is right off the hwy. Just remodeled. Clean as a whistle. Breakfast excellent. Bonus laundry room on first floor and front desk even has roll ofquarters and detergent! Would recommend for all travelers if they need a stop over.

Breakfast was truly outstanding for a continental breakfast type service -- food, seating area, staff. (we stayed here twice in 2 weeks and our favorites were the pastries and the little western omelettes). Breakfast staff were especially attentive and friendly. All Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was out of order that day. I was disappointed. The hotel is a little bit pricy compared to other hotels in the area. so this is a minus.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast.

There was a really noisy person above us stomping around. I thought it might be construction or remodeling going on. The polite front desk( auditor) girl took care of it. Quiet ensued after 10 minutes. Thank you!

we had a very hot time this year and I figured the pool would be something exciting for all my family and their tearing it down to make room for the disabled. so that was a disappointment for us.

When I booked the hotel some months ago, they had a pool (which was a main criterion for choosing this hotel) - but now it is permanently closed. That was a disappointment.
