Nice location to the UFO festival, close enough to walk to the festival. Room was clean, had amenities such as shampoo , conditioner, body wash, lotion in dispensers in the bathroom/shower. It was very convenient so we didn’t have to use our own. Check in/check out was fast and the front desk staff was nice and knowledgeable. The outdoor pool was adequate. Wi-fi was great and plenty of parking. Don’t know about the breakfast since we checked out early. Will definitely stay there again.

The one issue we had was being able to clearly hear the family next to us through the door that connected our rooms. I could hear children yelling, loud banging and people talking loud. But once they calmed down the room was quiet.

The motel was full. They are an animal accepting motel. Which is ok until... It was clean. A different cleaning smell in the room but it was vlean. Beds were ok. We had just driven 1100miles so we were ready for sleep. The breakfast food was good.

The location. 5am..police cars,ambulance rushing by. I understand but that startled the two dogs in rooms around us. Then more. And more. I hope people were ok. Just as everything settled down...right under us a diesel LARGE TRUCK started.which started the dogs barking. I can't blame them But maybe a blick of rooms for those with no animals? My husband is deaf so he slept...but ,I had a rough day.

The room was tiny for the cost and even though the room was “clean” the floor was terrible dirty, I can even say filthy. You couldn’t tell by looking but my husband spilled some water on the floor and when he got a used towel from the bathroom to clean it up the white towel was literally black. We hadn’t been there but a few hours. So we know that kind of filth didn’t come from us. We had to make sure we all wore our slippers to keep from getting nasty feet. So, the housekeepers do clean the rooms they obviously DO NOT MOP.

The service and location itself is great. I accidentally booked twice I spoke with the lady at the desk and customer service Plus send an email. It was through booking.com they replied saying they've contacted Wyndham and are waiting on them to refund the money for the extra room that was booked by accident. I never heard back from them or receive anything

the property was themed well and super clean and cute and fun, the staff- especially Martha who was there the evening we stayed- was super accommodating and helpful, and the outdoor pool was super nice and clean and maintained especially considering it was an outdoor pool

the biggest downside for me was that the breakfast was more limited and less attended than other hotel breakfast bars we’ve seen, but the pancake machine was pretty out of this world :)

The location was great, easy access and right in the center of everything. One direction led to bigger chain stores and restaurants while the other led to the museums, exhibits, and independent stores/restaurants. The staff was very friendly (from the front desk gal to the cleaning ladies). Our room was clean, looked nice (decor wise), the bed was comfy, a nice selection of cable channels, towels/sheets were clean, and the AC worked very well. Lastly the price was good for the 2 day/3 nights we were there. I would definitely utilize them again if I'm ever down that way.

My only disappointment is that there were no laundry facilities for guests. I understand that not all hotels offer that but it would have been a great addition if they simply had 2 coin washes and dryers to use. It appears that a lot of construction/labor guys utilize this location for the night while working so I'm sure this would be something they would utilize as well. Just a thought! Otherwise it was all good, no real complaints.

We had heard great things about Martha on the reviews, she did not disappoint. We had been driving all day and evening, we arrived at your hotel around 11:00 PM. We were pleasantly surprised when Martha was there to greet us and check us in. She was friendly, caring & informative, she made us feel as though we were home. The room was spacious, clean, fragrant & the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and equipped and all was working well. The full breakfast was abundant & flavorful. As we drove off early the next morning we were rested, satisfied and ready to enjoy the final day of our week long vacation. Thank You Martha & Staff.

Hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants, stores and shopping! We stayed here for the annual Alien festival and enjoyed our trip! Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

When we first entered the room it smelled alot like cigarette smoke so we reported it right away to the staff because the rooms are non-smoking and we didn't want to get charged. Staff quickly assigned us another room and it was great. Only disappointment was the connecting doors inside the room because It gets noisy with neighbors next door. You can hear everything and the doors are by the restrooms 😫 probably wouldn't stay here again because of this.

The room was large, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel is close enough to walk to the center of town. The breakfast is included and offers a decent selection of items. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is ample parking.

This is perfect for a budget hotel. Some of the items in the room (ex: shower drain) had some wear, but nothing majorly noticeable.

Air conditioner, beds, breakfast, was all wonderful. Location was very central, easy access to everything. Was all and all a good stay. The housekeeping staff was very nice, as was the front desk.

We had an issue with our room flooding from a clogged shower drain. We ended up staying another night, and we were able to change rooms so it was fine. It did get a little sketchy at night, but I feel like that is most motels where the doors to the rooms are outside. I wish there had been a guest washer/dryer.
