Best Western has done a great job remodeling into a stylish place to stay. Fun Rte 66 mural on the wall; the window shade was a tribute to the nearby Blue Hole. Even the bedspread was stylish, rather than the usual drab neutral. Comfy bed, nicely done bathroom, made for a welcoming night after a long trip from Phoenix. Liked the glass front fridge, no forgetting leftovers.

The motion lights on the bed were very bright, and stay on too long. We had two hand soap dispensers and no lotion. The barn door style shower door was hard to close.

This hotel is a wonderful hidden jem. I booked it because of the previous reviews. The exterior is clean but very low profile. You could easily select any of the other hotels at this location. Check-in was quick and easy. The room is the hidden jem. It was spacious, clean, and bright. The beds were very comfortable. We ran the AC and it was cold and quiet. The bathroom has a lot of room with a walk-in shower. I will definitely book this location again.

The shower door allowed water to get out onto the bathroom floor. An extra towel on the floor prevented that from going too far. Breakfast was good, but minimal portions were available. I'm guessing because it was a weekday and not too many guests, so, waste not!

First time we’ve ever stayed in a “Motel” vs Hotel, but the pics looked awesome and so we went for it! It’s clear they just went through this whole place with a fine tooth comb and renovated everything, it’s amazing and the renovation was done well! I’ve stayed at plenty of boring run of the mill 3 star chain hotels and this was much better for a super low price. Super clean, and comfy beds!

Breakfast could run later on weekends, was done at 9 :(.

Everything about this room was wonderful! It was clean, and definitely handicapped accessible--just what we wanted! The personnel were friendly, and the breakfast (included) was wonderful!

The night light (attached to the bed platform) lit every time I adjusted my bed covers. It did not do that on my husband's side.

The property was lovely. Loved the beds and the big screen tv. And the breakfast was really great!

It was a great property. But Santa Rosa didn’t offer much else. All the dog friendly patios were “closed” for unknown reasons. So we couldn’t eat at a decent restaurant or have a nice drink after a long days drive. Ended up at Dairy Queen across the street….

The room was so cute!! We loved the Route 66 decor, and the blue and yellow colors. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the TV is larger than you have in most hotels. We liked the shower head used, as well.

The soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty. It was very difficult to get any soap out. I had brought my own soap, however, so my husband used my soap.

Wow, really nice hotel! Totally renovated. Our double room was really large with a couch. Beds are comfy with nice bedding. Quiet, great location, great price! Pool and hot tub are being renovated. Staff very nice. No closet or wall hooks to hang coats or clothes, so that's an omission the hotel needs to correct. Love the modern decoration, wall coverings, and privacy/blackout window shade.

We loved the decor! It was very retro Route 66! Loved the motion light around the bottom of the bed when you got up during the night, to light your way! Also, we had stayed there a couple of weeks prior on the second floor and they were very helpful in accommodating us for a first floor room on our second stay.

Modern, clean spacious rooms. Fun decor. Large fridge. Free breakfast. Completely renovated rooms.

The motion activated under-bed lights were annoying during the night. Perhaps there is a way to turn off but we did not know how.

Room was decent for the cost. Staff was nice, Location was ok, close to the route 66 museum which was our main reason for that hotel.

The shower area could have been cleaned up more, I know it's being remodeled but it could have been picked up more. Breakfast was not the greatest.
