Location is perfect. Within walking distance of all the good shopping and eateries. Not too noisy even tho on the main road. Lovely part and marina right next door with a merry-go-round! Our room was a spacious suite corner room. Plenty of windows and sunshine. Comfy bed, big bathroom. Breakfast items were pretty good and they kept the food replenished frequently. Good coffee!!

not really enough seating for the breakfast crowd. Overflowed into the main lobby which often caused congestion with checkin and checkout. Also onsite parking was expensive and very limited. We ended up parking on the street across from the hotel each night which was free and safe.

Me and my husband went for our annual stay we visit once a year and we decided to stay here, the room was very clean. We had a balcony which was very nice. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom lighting was very poor and the showerhead Was very strange. It had more of like a vibrating strong head which some people might like, but I would prefer a regular showerhead than that. The staff was great and the breakfast in the morning was basically croissants, English muffins, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs and coffee

Didn’t like the shower head the view was very pretty but did have this marsh right in front of us which wasn’t very appealing other than that the view was beautiful

My girlfriends and I loved our stay! We fully enjoyed the amenities and loved the continental breakfast. We had an issue with our TV and service came up immediately to help. We also were missing a few towels but that was also fixed right away. The best part of the Inn was THE VIEW!! We were so happy to wake up to the sun rising over the harbor each morning. Such a great experience!

Wasn't happy that we confirmed a room with 4 people and the proper number of towels weren't correct. But it was remedied immediately!

Location was terrific. We were within walking distance of everything in the heart of Greenport. We had a room with an outside deck overlooking the harbor and were able to watch the ferry go back and forth, people using the green area by the carousel, and those just enjoying the outdoors. We were lucky to have a lovely November day. The coffee was available in the room, as well as a safe, and toiletries in the bathroom

Price was a bit much after including all the extra taxes and fees. Besides sales tax, there was city assessment, Cornell Cooperative donation, Amenity Fee, Cit Assessment, Beach Erosion Fund, and Occupancy tax. The continental breakfast was rather blah, but the area in which it was held was comfortable.

Hotel is very convenient to a number of key ferry services (!) and downtown shops and restaurants. Rooms are modern and well designed w an eye-pleasing aesthetic. Very luxurious bath towels. Staff very pleasant to deal with.

Rough start to find the very small parking lot was full. There is no curb cut, but you can at least offload in the lot. Auxiliary parking is free in a municipal lot about a block away. You can take a short cut between two buildings across the street.

Breakfast was great! We loved the all-day long coffee & protein choices (hard boiled eggs, Chobani yogurt), instant oatmeal, apples. Also, the room was awesome - ADA w/grab-bars & shower hose in bath stall, a balcony & situated close to the elevator. The pool was beautiful, peaceful & perfect temperature (towels provided.) Also, the hotel location was centrally located in town w/plenty of options for eateries, shops. I highly recommend!

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back in the future.

The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have a TV in the lobby so you can watch any big events with friends. It looks like you had a beautiful bar at one time. It would be great if you put it in again

Everything was wonderful! We paid for a partial view room and we were a bit skeptical as to what "partial" might mean but we had a lovely view of the harbor. We did have to pay extra for parking in the hotel lot but the staff was awesome in letting us stay there after we checked out to go roam Front Street one more time. Breakfast was perfect for us...the coffee was delicious and the continental spread was more than adequate for what we wanted. The location was perfect. I love the decor of the hotel...the room was modern rustic but very cozy. We loved it! I would definitely stay there again! The staff was awesome!

We loved it all! I wish I would have known more about the "sister hotel" and access to it's private beach. I also didn't know about Hay Beach until after we were leaving...I am not sure how we missed that info. We spent our days on the harbor side and we did go over to Shelter Island to the beach which was well worth it.

We stayed in junior suite, we were located on street side. However the room had lots of windows including view of the harbor Very spacious with two club chairs to relax. This hotel is walking Distance to the ferry and all restaurants and shops. We went to the beach at their sister hotel Soundview it’s a 5 minute drive. There’s a pool, Lounge chairs and towels provided. It was very nice

The property was very clean and had a really nice bathroom. Location was great and loved our view of the harbor from our balcony.

Check in at 4:00pm seems to be unbending. Arrived early and couldn’t get our room until exactly 4:00pm. But can’t complain because check-in/out times are clearly spelled out when booking.
