I love the location of this hotel, I have been staying there for many years. It's always clean and well maintained. It's nice and quiet, a great place to relax. The pool is wonderful and peaceful with a beautiful view of the harbor.

Since it was bought by this cooperation (I can't remember the name) they have the nerve to charge their guests for parking, which is total bullshit. The room rates are high enough and with all the taxes and other BS fees added it's pricey, but to be expected because it is Summer.

The room was large and clean. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was minimal. It would be nice if the hotel had a basket with treats such as fruit, cookies, etc. during the day for patrons to pick up as a snack while enjoying the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I did not like paying for parking. Patrons should not have to pay to park their car at a hotel they are paying for. This cost should be part of the hotel cost, which is not inexpensive to begin with. But I did like this hotel, and we enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect. Within walking distance of all the good shopping and eateries. Not too noisy even tho on the main road. Lovely part and marina right next door with a merry-go-round! Our room was a spacious suite corner room. Plenty of windows and sunshine. Comfy bed, big bathroom. Breakfast items were pretty good and they kept the food replenished frequently. Good coffee!!

not really enough seating for the breakfast crowd. Overflowed into the main lobby which often caused congestion with checkin and checkout. Also onsite parking was expensive and very limited. We ended up parking on the street across from the hotel each night which was free and safe.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We were able to open windows to get fresh air while sleeping. The staff were gracious and helpful.

The reception area and breakfast room/lounge area were undergoing a tasteful renovation/upgrade complete with construction workers, drop cloths and tricky access around passages. A heads up about all that would have been appreciated. That said, hotel staff did a skillful work around so that all guests had access to morning coffee and tea and the complimentary breakfast.

We liked our room, the beautiful bathroom and the little balcony. The beds were comfortable and the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that we thought was not acceptable was the breakfast provided. There was insufficient seating and the items were stale and lacking in choices. Also, I did not like the coffee. We left and went to a local restaurant for breakfast twice.

we had a nice view of the harbor and it was nice being able to sit on the balcony and have some wine and watch the boats go by. As for breakfast, I understand it was a continental breakfast but still the choices were very limited.

The door to our room was a bit difficult to open. I didnt realize I had to rank down on the door handle after I set the key. I thought the key didnt work till I asked another guest and realized I had to really yank down hard to get the door to open.

Me and my husband went for our annual stay we visit once a year and we decided to stay here, the room was very clean. We had a balcony which was very nice. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom lighting was very poor and the showerhead Was very strange. It had more of like a vibrating strong head which some people might like, but I would prefer a regular showerhead than that. The staff was great and the breakfast in the morning was basically croissants, English muffins, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs and coffee

Didn’t like the shower head the view was very pretty but did have this marsh right in front of us which wasn’t very appealing other than that the view was beautiful

My girlfriends and I loved our stay! We fully enjoyed the amenities and loved the continental breakfast. We had an issue with our TV and service came up immediately to help. We also were missing a few towels but that was also fixed right away. The best part of the Inn was THE VIEW!! We were so happy to wake up to the sun rising over the harbor each morning. Such a great experience!

Wasn't happy that we confirmed a room with 4 people and the proper number of towels weren't correct. But it was remedied immediately!

Front desk staff was fantastic. Our check in was easy and they were happy to store our bikes. The room was nice and very minimal. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Part of the bathroom was very dusty, I dropped a shirt and it was covered. I also knew we had to pay for parking but after being charged tax on it, it was $94 for 3 days. Felt a little nickel and dimed. Coffee also wasn't replaced quickly in the AM.

The Inn was a great place to stay because it’s located directly in town and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It’s also right next to the ferry if you want to go to shelter island. The hotel itself was very cute and decorated nicely. The staff is great and very accommodating. They offer free bicycles to rent which is a great plus. I would definitely recommend for a weekend in greenport!
