- Room was clean and quite new. Enough space for 2 if needed - Small sitting area with table and a clean bathroom - Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and coffee mahine were also there - Watter dispenser with reusable bottles on each floor - Comfy bed

- This one goes a bit on me. I thought they would have a restaurant or at least a bar but there is none. - No daily room cleaning servise. That was a surprise to me.. - Room was quiet but not sound proof as you were able to hear people walking next to you room and slamming doors kids in the next too room or some street noices.

What a great hotel in the heart of midtown. Amazing location with views of the beautiful Chrysler building from the top floor lounge terrace. The lounge offers complimentary coffee and water. Probably the best coffee I've had outside of Italy! The rooms were modern with a comfortable bed, a great bathroom with a powerful, hot refreshing shower. The room had a huge TV. There are water fill stations and additional toiletries available if needed. It's also good to see a hotel is aware of sustainability! The staff were brilliant, from the front desk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, they were all a credit to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manhattan. We will re-book when we return to NYC. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely nothing.

Location is perfect, they clean the rooms when you request, it is good. Overall decoration of rooms looks new and modern. There is a spot in front to park car to drop your luggage or load them, this is good for New York. They provide discount for Icon Parking Lot nearby comes to 45 USD daily, which is good.

Elevators had lines, multiple times. You have to wait a lot. People were having issues breathing since the elevator was overly crowded, assuming there was an issue going on. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear next door too easily or can wake up by a door slam.

A good, clean hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Manhattan, right across from Grand Central. I’d especially like to highlight the cozy lounge on the 27th floor with complimentary coffee and tea. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., but were able to use the lounge right away until our check-in at 3 p.m. Also, our return flight was at night, and we had no issues leaving our luggage at the reception, walking around the city, and relaxing in the lounge before heading to the airport.

One surprising thing was that housekeeping is not included by default. You have to call the front desk before 10 a.m. to request the cleaning service; otherwise, your room won’t be cleaned. I only figured this out on the third day of our stay. When I asked about it at the front desk in the afternoon, they were only able to arrange a towel change (and even that after a second request), but not a full cleaning. That’s a very unexpected policy. Also, I had two packages delivered to the hotel under my name. When I came to pick them up, the person at the front desk checked the log and said they hadn’t been received. I contacted the delivery service, which provided photo proof of the delivery. Only after that did the hotel staff bother to check the storage area and eventually find my packages.

The hotel was in a perfect location, right beside grand central station and only a 10 minute walk to Times Square. The room was really spacious and clean, and the staff were fantastic. The hotel had free refillable water bottles on every floor, and complimentary tea and coffee on the top floor which was fantastic. The terrace on the top floor had beautiful views of the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I especially liked the top floor terrace overlooking the city and the snazzy cappuchino machine and on tap seltzer water. They also brought me a complimentary microwave and fridge when I asked if there was somewhere I could reheat my leftovers. The staff was exceptionally nice and very professional. I liked the modern efficiency of the room even though it was rather small - it reminded me of my cabin on a recent cruise! The location across from Grand Central Station was also very convenient.

I didn't like the price, but I realize that NYC is just very expensive.

Very professional and helpful staff, was able to use loading dock to park while I checked in (there is a parking a couple blocks away with discounted price for guests), filtered water in bottles (you fill ot up yourself) is FREE and amazing addition. Lovation is top, with metro 100m away and Times Square 15mn walk away. You will fee right in the heart of the city with this one.

Small lobby (I didnt mind as I only had a 2 day stay) No bar/restaurant (but plenty around) No pool

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Grand Central. Close to a lot of sights in walking distance or easy to reach with the subwaysystem. We loved the rooftop area on the 27th floor, what a view and complementary coffee and water! Bring your own food/drinks though. You can order from an online system there and someone will deliver it from, probably, a place nearby, but just get it yourself on your way back of sight seeing, much faster and I think easier, there are enough options in the area (so we did not use the hotel system). There is no breakfast (except for the online ordering system) but why should there be? You are in NYC, go out of your hotel, there are some great options within a very short walk. We LOVED the COMFORT DINER! A 2 minute walk, a real American diner with great food, locals, you get a better feel of New York than hanging around a breakfast buffet at your hotel with other tourists. Highly recommended, go to the comfort diner, grab a booth, eat a great meal and do like the locals do. The room is not big but this is New York and every square meter/inch is valuable. Being used to smaller historic European hotel rooms, we felt right at home ;-). Do not worry, it is no hole in the wall, you have enough space. Has a fridge, hair dryer, all kinds of stuff. My husband liked the bed, for me, could be a bit softer but that is preference, I slept fine. The staff is professional, if you run out of something they adjust that quickly, just ask. If you are a pillow person, ask in advance for two extra, I always do if I just want to relax and watch some TV and they arrange that before you check in. The shower is good, our room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. WIFI is good, you can pair your device to the TV for streaming and enough sockets to charge whatever you want to. Really nice stay, would recommend!

Location was great. Roof top terrace was lovely to relax in after a day’s sightseeing. The fridge in the room was welcome.

A safe in the room would have been useful.

Clean, quiet, great staff, simple check in and out and fabulous amenities…items forgotten at home (there is a closet in The hall on every floor with toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, etc), a small gym, free washers, and a fabulous terrace and free indoor coffee lounge with great coffe options and free filter flat or sparkling water.. AND it’s across the street from Grand Central Station therefore easy access to the metro!

I loved everything!
